How I discovered Nike Air Max Classics
When I was younger buying trainers was an absolute nightmare and it used to take me ages to find a pair that a) fitted me properly and b) I actually liked. In every instance a) prevailed over b) and the choice was so limited that I used to hate the trainers my parents bought me. The problem is I have what my mother calls broad feet. Let’s not beat around the bush here, I shall call a spade a spade and just ... ...I discovered the delights of Nike Air Max Classic back when I was 10 years old. A (much younger) friend of my mothers was over and she had just got some new trainers. She told mum the story of ‘wide’ feet etc. and said that she had found the ideal pair – Nike Air Max Classic. They last a very long time
They look new even when you have had them for ages
They are not always expensive (only if you buy the one new in)
They are very fashionable
They look nice on both men and women

...cannot go much wrong with K-Swiss & the Defier, as this is a touigh, durable, stable tennis shoe which will out wear you, not you wear it out!

...get me wrong i love k-swiss shoes, its just that they're so expensive. This pair cost about £75, slightly above my price range (by about £40). The trainers are comfortable, stylish and supportive. They lack in grip though, and i found that they wore down at the front by the toes, a lot quicker then nike shoes do.
