Advantages: Plenty of room, easy to erect Disadvantages: Having to put it away and go home
...6 which is made by gelert from our local camping out let and it was reduced from £100 to £79 so as far as we were concerned it was a bargain and snapped it up.
The marbella 6 is a six person tent with two bedrooms and a living area in the middle, it is a dome shapped tent which allows you then to be able to stand up in the living area space in it,with a door either side of the living space you can then decide which door to open depending on what ... ...when returning home we phoned gelert to tell them of our problem and without any quabbles they sent us out a new pole even without seeing a reciept.
we used in four times last year and have already used in once so far this year, and we believe we have already had our money's worth out of it.
This tent is also great because it packs up so neatly into like a suit case which if the car is really full to the top it will fit down by the kids fit behind ...
Advantages: Lightweight, Easy to Erect, Great Value Disadvantages: Porch uncovered when front door open
I bought this tent for a 2 night stay for just myself to use. I bought it from Go Outdoors for just £25 although other websites and shops sell them at a little more than this, most of them retail at around £35.
First of all it comes in a neat little carry bag which took up hardly any room at all in my car!!!
I decided not to attempt putting up the tent before i went away as i normally do so i have some idea of how it goes together!! I decided it ... ...right, it was easy to put up and didn't take long at all. For a two man tent it has a good sized storage area or porch at the front. The ground sheet in the porch is also sewn in which saves extra faffing once the tent is up.
I could easily lie down in the tent and another person would easily have fitted in there with me too. It rained both nights i camped in the tent and it didn't leak or anything which is always a good sign!! It was quick and ...

Review of Gelert Rocky 2
Advantages: Lightweight, Small Pack Size, Durable, Attractive Design Disadvantages: Small living/ sleeping space; Flysheet not easily secured to inner; Inner-First pitching
The Gelert Solo is a lightweight, 2-skin tent which is great for cyclists or walkers. It is also good for those campers who enjoy the group camping but not the sleeping in a big tent. You can think of this as a, seperate sleeping space once all the festivities have died down. The inner-first construction can be seen as a disadvantage seeing as the inner is almost completly mesh and would get incredibly wet if you were pitching it in adverse weather ... ...apart. But, come morning, my Gelert Solo was in one piece whereas my companions Gelert Mongoose (basically the same tent just a 2-man version) had sustained damage. The groundsheet will keep dampness out from the ground, and although cnodensation is a big issue in winter, in the summer it's not so bad. One unpredicted advantage must be that the mesh inner is a great way to ease you out of a phobia of creepy-crawleys! Knowing they can't get you is ...

Review of Gelert Solo
Advantages: Loads of room, easy to put up, windproof, water proof, can stand up in it Disadvantages: heavy when in carry bag
Me and my boyfriend went away alot camping, we'd had a few tents but once we got the dog we wanted more space. So we sold our old tent and hunted for another. We decided on the Utah 4 + 4 because of the size. It is around £230 in shops but we managed to get one that had been on show off ebay for £160. We recieved the tent and put it up in my parents back garden. It was huge, there was so much space inside and plenty of windows to let light in. There ... ...You could stand up everywhere in the tent which was brilliant. We actually went camping in it one weekend, we pulled upto the campsite and suddenly realised you had to carry the tent to wherever you camped (everywhere we'd been in the past you could park next to your pitch!!). We were pitched across the first field and down a hill, it took the two of us to carry the tent in its carry bag, it was so heavy! It was easy to put up too, i don't think ...
In my opinion, this is probably the best Mid to Large tent that you could wish for. Unfortunately, as a previous reviewer wrote, it is rather heavy and although it is easy to erect it does take time as there is an awful lot of pegging down to do. However, once erected, it's like living in a palace, especially when like us, there is only my wife and I. We have weathered some quite severe storms with both wind and rain, where you felt like it was going ...
