Grobag baby sleeping bags are fantastic!

Advantages: easy to use, helpful, fantastic ranges
Disadvantages: may look a little like a dress on boys!

The grobag is a fantastic invention which stops the constant getting up and down in the night to put the blankets back over your baby when they manage to kick them off in the night. Grobags are baby sleeping bags which fasten at the shoulders and are worn almost like a dress/dungarees. They come in different thickness- Tog rating- like a quilt. So you are able to decide which tog rating is needed, for example, in the summer when it's warm you will only need a 1tog or if it's colder you may need a 3tog. They come in different patterns and designs so you may chose whether you want a girlie pink one or a boy blue one etc. The main purpose of these grobags is to stop the baby from getting cold during the night as they may do with a blanket. Babies do not sleep soundly constantly, they do toss and turn and are able to shift themselves ...

Review of Grobag Sleeping Bag

A snuggly sleeping bag

Advantages: see review
Disadvantages: see review

the sleeping bag stays in place. You zip them up around your baby and the shoulders have little poppers like dungarees so that they stay in place and the baby can't wiggle down underneath them. This makes them flexible as they're baggy so as baby moves the bag moves with them instead of the blankets being thrown off. This bag is huge! Baby Hope is 8 months old and only just in 3-6 months clothes but her 6 month sleeping bag was getting a bit small so we bought this one knowing that it would fit her for a long time! There is plenty of space but that doesn't matter. The fact that it's double her length isn't a problem as it just means that she will grow into it, it doesn't affect how warm it will keep her. Sleeping bags come with different tog ratings like quilts and duvets do. In the summer we use a 1tog and in the winter a 2.5tog. This ...

Review of Grobag Grobag Princess Lucy Baby Sleeping Bag 6-18 months

Safe, Snug & Sleeping

Advantages: Baby Sleeps! You Sleep!
Disadvantages: They don't make them in adult sizes!

ˇ Child - From 3 years upwards Newborn/Young Baby sizes come with popper fasteners at the shoulder and a zip round the edge. Other sizes come with a zip at the front that starts at the top and goes to bottom. Grobag’s come in the following Tog ratings: ˇ 2.5 Tog - Autumn/Winter use ˇ 1.0 Tog - Late Spring to Late Summer ˇ 0.5 Tog - High Summer/Holidays abroad/sick child You can also increase the warmth of your baby by adding and taking away clothes. I found that using the 2.5 Tog sleeping bag all year round was okay if I monitored the amount of additional nightwear my son wore. I also had a 0.5 Tog Grobag for very warm nights. Grobag provide you with a free nursery thermometer with each purchase with recommendations for correct room temperature and clothes to be worn listed. You do not need any additional blankets ...
