We're extremely impressed with the North Face Crestone 60 Pack for women, as it has proved itself a superior choice for extended backpacking and mountaineering trips. Specifically cut for a shorter torso and narrower shoulders, not only is the setup exceptionally stable, but the X-Frame II Suspension system design distributes gear evenly, while also holding snug against the back while ducking underneath trees or reaching for holds. Two stiff aluminum stays have adjustable load lifters to tailor the angle of your load which attaches to an exceptionally padded hipbelt. The segmented bottom organizes a sleeping bag, an extra pair of shoes, and miscellaneous gear, with compression straps to secure them. A front pocket is almost a bag unto itself, and there's an inner floating hydration sleeve that is awfully nice when you get thirsty on the trail, but don't want to stop.
Features:
* Adjustable angle load lifters pull directly from the top of the stays
* Adjustable cant angle for better fit on the hips
* Adjustable sternum strap with Safe-T whistle
* Adjustable torso length with interchangeable shoulder harness and hipbelt
* Bottom compression straps
* Cranial cavity
* Dual daisy chain and tool loops
* Floating hydration sleeve
* Front access to main compartment
* Hipbelt fit zone locates hipbelt on proper place on body
* Hood doubles as lumbar pack
* Large front pocket with mesh divider
* Removable floating hood with internal mesh zip pocket
* Side compression straps
* Side water bottle pockets (right side canted)
* Top-loader
* X-bungee
* X-Frametm II suspension system
* Zippered sleeping bag compartment

Advantages: Lightweight, robust, colour coded poles, reflective guy ropes Disadvantages: It's not true 4-season, small cooking area, lack of headroom
...I bought a Tadpole 23 three years ago and use it for wild-country back-packing, rock-climbing and winter mountaineering.
It is an ultra-lightweight tent that weighs less than 2kg, designed for two people, in three-season conditions (However, I have used it for winter mountaineering in the UK, which it is fine for if you have a good sleeping bag and air mattress).
It does all the standard tent stuff - like keeping the wind and rain off you and your kit whilst allowing you to cook and sleep, but is much more sophisicated than a standard tent. When you first see it up, it looks a bit flimsy, but it is actually very resistant to the wind and The NorthFace have made every effort to reduce its weight as much as possible without compromising on the strength.
It is easy to put up on your own (even in the dark when you're tired) due...

Advantages: Great wind resistance and great ultralight fly and footprint only pitching Disadvantages: seamtape on the fly peeled/crumbled and inside of the fly became sticky
...I bought my Tadpole 23 in 2005. I've been camping for more than ten years and owned and used many tents, including the 1999 Tadpole model. For me this tent is emblematic of the decline of The NorthFace's quality. I used it only one time and one time alone last year. When I inspected it before an upcoming trip I found the inside of the tentfly extremely sticky and the seamtape started to crumble and peel. This didn't happen to the other two tents in my closet. I put it away clean, dry and folded neatly and I can't think of a plausible explanation for it other than that the materials were hi-tech but of inferior quality. I also had problems with two other NorthFace products i had bought along with this tent: the Patrol Pack Duo and the Venture Hyvent Jacket....

Advantages: Luxurious gym, friendly staff, great equipment Disadvantages: A bit more expensive than other gyms and exercise still hurts
..."Esporta Health and Fitness Club" has been rapidly expanding recently into various new sites around the country and although the Oxford site is not new, it is new to me as only joined recently and so far I cannot recommend it highly enough. In brief, Esporta provides much more pleasant experience than all other gym's I've attended.
Location
The Oxford Esporta is on Banbury Road, one of the major trunk roads going from the roundabout of the A34 (which links to M40) into the centre of this beautiful historic city. Esporta is 2 miles from the centre of Oxford in the leafy suburbs of the expensive North Oxford area. The entrance is not particularly obviously, as the centre is located behind St Edwards School playing fields, but if you look out to the left when going out of Oxford the blue sign should be obvious enough. If you get...

I purchased this fragrance solely on the gorgeous advert, but I wasn't disappointed. I'm fond of girlie seductive scents and this has it all and more. It is fresh with hints of classic fruitiness and manages to be young and sensucious while offering a... more
