Advantages: eliminates high right Disadvantages: costy
Having suffered for the last couple of years with the classic "big-right" shot and having put the pro through many strenous unsuccessful lessons i decided that having spent as much on lessons as a new top of the range club would cost i decided that now was to fork out the price of these lessons again and to buy a new driver to try to eliminate this ever growing problem preventing me from decreasing to the single figures which i knew i deserved. naturally when i was looking in the market i was drawn in by the titleist 975Ddriver as its promise to eliminate thew "high right" shot from your game.
Naturally when i first found out that it had not eliminate it from my game i was very dissapointed and was on the edge of giving the game up. However my pro said that i should stick at it and amazingly within a few rounds my slice became ...

Being a bit of a self confessed gadget geek, something that seems to be on my annual to do list is the purchase of a new MP3 player. Being something that I use on a daily basis, the sound quality had started to become more of an issue to me than the features of the player. Since it is for listening to music after all, I wanted to really make the most of it.
I done my usual Internet research and when I googled the words 'sound quality', I was happily pointed in the direction of the Cowon D2. Reviews could do nothing but praise this little gadget, and it certainly sounded impressive. With it's high quality touch screen and sound that is supposed to be one of the best, I immediately typed it into Amazon to find how much it cost. I found out they were many other features to write home about. Fair enough there was the absence ...

Advantages: Soft, feel, distance Disadvantages: A bit pricey
Having taken up golf in the last year i've lost (and found) alot of golf balls on the local fairways as you might expect, most of these balls are then hit and lost again for someone else to find and so the cycle continues.
That was at least until i slowly showed signs of improvement and treated myself to a sleeve (pack of 3) of Titleist NXT tour golf balls from my local pro shop for £4.99, i must admit i wasnt keen to part with almost a fiver for 3 golf balls but you know the way it is... better equipment will make me a better player right? well funnily enough it may have helped a little.
So what is so special about the NXT tour series of ball?
Well, firstly its round (which helps) so nothing special there then, its when you first tee one up and hit it - that's when you know you've just hit a great ball, when you manage to tee ...

The Titleist 907 D2 Driver is a multi-material 460cc driver with an enhanced moment of inertia (MOI) for increased yardage with playability and shot control. When it comes to 460cc drivers, even at the top level of competitive golf, there are plenty of choices. And Titleist continues to be the brand trusted by many players. The next evolution of 460cc driver technology, the new Titleist 907 D2 Driver. Moment Of Inertia is the club head\'s resistance to twisting at impact (i.e., heel, toe, high, or low). A higher Moment of Inertia value means more resistance to twisting. The benefit of a higher MOI is longer distance (better energy transfer from club to ball) on off-center impacts.
