want to do a body test. It will then ask you how heavy the clothing is that you are wearing (you are given three options of light, heavy or other which allows you to input the weight of them). The body test tells you to stand on the board with your legs apart while it weighs you and monitors the position of your centre of gravity. It then shows you how your centre of gravity has moved during the weigh-in in comparison to where it should be! Wii Fit

Advantages: Easy way to keep fit.
Disadvantages: Can't think of any.

Last Christmas, my mum (a.k.a. "Santa") got the family a Wii Fit - hinting at my sister and I that we need to keep fit. I'm going to admit, I'm a bit fat. Now, I'm not one of those people you see in documentaries who can't get out of bed because they're huge but I could stand to lose a stone or two. I did lose about half a stone though so I was happy about that. When I started using the Wii fit I was a bit anxious about trying it out because it had been a while since I'd been to the gym and I wasn't too keen to let my family see how unfit I was! However, I've been using it on-and-off since Christmas and it's great! It's been about a month since I last used it ...
