ONE LEG TEST*: In this test you have to stand on one leg and stay as still as possible.

After you have completed two tests, it presents to you your very own Wii Fit age. (It's like Brain Training). It uses your real age to compare it to your results. If its over your real age, your body is weaker than it should be whereas if its your real age or below your body is stronger than it should be. You have an optional choice to take the Body Test everyday. It is best if you do. When you finish the Body Test you can get on with Training. But before you do, you can chose your own trainer. You can chose between a Male of Female trainer. Then that would be your trainer for all Yoga and Muscle Workouts. And one last thing, right before you can do any training ...

Advantages: Easy way to keep fit. Disadvantages: Can't think of any.
Last Christmas, my mum (a.k.a. "Santa") got the family a Wii Fit - hinting at my sister and I that we need to keep fit. I'm going to admit, I'm a bit fat. Now, I'm not one of those people you see in documentaries who can't get out of bed because they're huge but I could stand to lose a stone or two. I used to go to the gym twice a week but I found it too difficult and it was straining keeping up with my trainer, and I felt embarassed whenever I told him I couldn't do something. I did lose about half a stone though so I was happy about that. When I started using the Wii fit I was a bit anxious about trying it out because it had been a while since I'd been to the gym and I wasn't too keen to let my family see how unfit I was! However, I've been using it on-and-off since Christmas and it's great! It's been about a month since I last used it ...
