I bought this treadmill from Tesco Direct about two years ago and it is still going strong. It sits beside my desk and folds upwards which is great for keeping it out of the way. It is then easily opened using a key on the side and the main belt drops down to the floor. Overall, Really pleased with this treadmill. For the price it is basic but that does mean simple/easy to use and 'does exactly what it says'! I purchased this treadmill secondhand and it had already been regularly used for 2 years. The condition on the belt is excellent and takes heavy wear (me and 3 dogs (not at the same time!) really well. The belt is quite wide and long compared to many. ...just push the button to go - up or down speed or you can set in how far/how many calories/ how fast exactly etc. It also has a large stop button, for safety. It comes with a safety key, which you can attach to your belt and will stop the machine immediately if pulled out.
