Horizon Ti22 Treadmill
Review of Horizon TI22 Treadmill by wahbob

Advantages: Solid Feel / Price
Disadvantages: Could use more hi-tech gadgets

Regarding the basics, the Horizon Ti 22 is quiet and has a solid feel. The LED monitor has a variety of settings and modes that allow me to adjust my workout. The width of the unit is comfortable, so I don't feel as if I'm going to tip over or stumble when I walk. The most important aspect to the entire unit is its solid feel. I weight 180 pounds, and when I run, I didn't want a machine that bounced, which will increase stress on knees. This unit ...
...at speeds of a 7-minute mile. The cup holder is pretty basic, and I would have rated it excellent if it had a dvd player like some of the others I looked at, but for the price, you can't go wrong. Overall, if you're looking for solid build, reasonable price, and if you can forego some of the more expensive gadgets, this is a great treadmill. ... Read review

Walking back to happiness
Review of Horizon Sonic II Treadmill by Youngatheard60

Advantages: Quiet running
Disadvantages: Assembly Instructions

Why The Horizon Sonic 11 If I am fit I am happy, if I can lose weight I am even happier. The weight is gradually going off from following the Atkins Diet, but I am nowhere near as fit as when I was working. I like walking, but not by myself. We live in the country and around us are so many lonely roads which make me nervious. I joined the local fitness club, but every time I turned up the treadmills were occupied by people ...
...They were selling the Horizon Sonic II at a reduced price of £399, a reduction of £100, this was the smallest one they had and it folded away. JJP were very helpful, letting me hear it running, (I didn't try it in the shop, knowing me I would have fallen off it or made a fool of myself by getting puffed out after only two minutes). I wanted the treadmill just for walking, but you can also jog on the Horizon Sonic and who knows, I might get fit enough ... Read review

Great treadmill for the money
Review of York T500 Treadmill by ruthstewart

Advantages: Sturdy, easily folded away.
Disadvantages: Manual incline

I bought this treadmill from Tesco Direct about two years ago and it is still going strong. It sits beside my desk and folds upwards which is great for keeping it out of the way. It is then easily opened using a key on the side and the main belt drops down to the floor. It has different speeds and also preset programmes which challenge your fitness by speeding up and slowing down at different times. It is very sturdy and has an emergency cut out ... Read review

Simple, Easy to Use, Durable.
Review of Carl Lewis Fitness Mot20 Treadmill by jabbadal

Advantages: Again - easy to use and lasts and lasts
Disadvantages: Unfortunately won't do the exercise for me, I have to work!!

Overall, Really pleased with this treadmill. For the price it is basic but that does mean simple/easy to use and 'does exactly what it says'! I purchased this treadmill secondhand and it had already been regularly used for 2 years. The condition on the belt is excellent and takes heavy wear (me and 3 dogs (not at the same time!) really well. The belt is quite wide and long compared to many. The digital display requires batteries, but these last ...
...just push the button to go - up or down speed or you can set in how far/how many calories/ how fast exactly etc. It also has a large stop button, for safety. It comes with a safety key, which you can attach to your belt and will stop the machine immediately if pulled out. It also has a pulse monitor which can go on your earlobe or finger (found this interesting but too tangly to use all the time!) For me the top speed was more than enough. You ... Read review

Disadvantages: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

...My first impressions on the Reebok I RUN treadmill was WOW, looked great and streamlined (already assembled and ready to go).
