Poor customer service

Advantages: Good if you want to throw money away
Disadvantages: Very expensive when it goes wrong because the warranties aren't worth anything

Stay well clear. I have had one for 18 months and initially thought it was fantastic. However, After only light use by my sub 9 stone wife there has been a catastrophic failure of the frame disabling the incline facility. It has failed where the frame attaches to the incline motor and cannot be replaced. I don't even think it can be repaired. Pro-Fitness Value Treadmill

Advantages: Solid, cheap, reliable, sturdy, good range of settings
Disadvantages: It's huge - but they all are! Can't make your own set programs
