It's been fun and, with a couple of safety changes, my dogs just love the back seat with the hood down.
Today it had the five year service. With belt change, I got no change from £700 - ouch. But the l/h drive shaft gaiter has split - and Renault don't rebuild. Replace the shaft £430 sir -- ooh. The electric hood packed up last week too. Can't do now sir, but it'll be expensive.
They also recommended pads and disks a snip at £290. But the service report says ok. Hmmmmm.

range of fittings for racing cars, and to be quite honest the handbrake grips are typical of the modern products.The equipment they sell, is mainly for show, and although it may look good,it does not actually do anything for the performance of the car, or indeed the driver.
The handbrake grips are made to look like carbon fibre, although to be honest I think they look like plastic. I do like the leather on the grip, this is real, and I think it a pity there has to be an insert of plastic, purely made to look like carbon fibre, which in my own humble oopinion, spoils the look. Each to his own I suppose, I prefer leather that does not have "trim" stuck on.
As well as carbon look, they make these with a chrome finish, also aluminium, and for some reason steel! The addition of their own leather gaiter makes a very good upgrade.
