It is a superb machine! Will last absolutely forver! It is deffinetly like something you would find in a suave health club as it is such good quality and it certianly looks it!

The cross-trainer comes in a box of dis-assembled peices. It also includes a well detailed, thick instruction booklet and a small booklet on the instructions to use when assembling. The bigger peices are very heavy and so I advise you not to try lifting...

If you've got good balance, it's fine for you, but you might want to place a high backed chair in front of you as this makes it even better, and I've noticed quite a few people mention that they have developed knee trouble, but I have never had this problem.
The biggest problem that I have with it is the squeaking (oh please make it stop). There is a high pitched squeak every time I use it and it's driving me nuts (and this is why I've given it a poor rating)!! So much so that I've tried oiling it, putting WD40 on it but nothing will make it go away. It's that bad that it's forced me to stop using it, and it's now in the corner of the bedroom collecting dust!! I'm now back at the gym using the treadmill and the crosstrainer....
