It is quite often in th world of fitness equipment that it either breaks down quite fast or stands unused and collects the dust. Neither has happened with this product: we bought it five years ago and still are using and happy with the purchase.
There will be no difficulties to learn to use this machine. Anyone, who visited us learned what to do with it pretty easily. It also seems pretty safe and impossible to do anythign incorrectly other than not keeping your back straight.
Unlike with many other fitness machines, this one does not require to choose any programs, enter you weight or level. It can be both good and bad. However, you can see your speed, burned calories and heartrate. In my opinion, anything more is not needed.
All in all, this is a great product as a suplement to your daily workouts.
