The speakers that came as standard with our PC package can only be described as poor, the quality of the sound produced, the bass and volume controls were of such a low quality that after a couple of weeks of listening to my MP3 files through them and becoming frustrated I had something which my husband described as a ?Tasmanian Devil? incident and subsequently punched a hole in the closest speaker. I would add that this is out of character but that was of little consolation to the speaker which refused to do anything but sit in pieces on the desk. Welcome to the Logan world of fitness. Well today I?m having a look at the Horizon Elite treadmill. Now as a general rule I hate treadmills because when you can do something for free, why pay for it right? Well this is true, but there are some things you can do on a treadmill that you can?t when your out running. Logan investigates.
Ok so where to begin, well first lets have a look at the functionality of the machine in question and I?ll try to add commentary to make sense of it all for you.

My next step was to take a look at treadmills. In general it seemed like treadmills cost thousands of pounds, the exception being manual ones which I didn't really understand the point of, as if I wanted to just jog on the spot there was nothing to stop me from doing that already! Finally we noticed this Value treadmill. At £200 it was quite significantly cheaper from a lot of the other models. Despite this it had many of the same stats as the pricier models and it was hard to see any sort of difference between them aside from the obvious price. Despite this, as it was SO much cheaper, myself and my mother were both very wary of buying it, with me convinced that it would break in two the first time one of us used it. After about two weeks of considering it, we finally gave in and bought it.
