Advantages: Stores upright, quite light, easy to put together Disadvantages: None so far
I purchased this inversiontable from Health Clubs At Home 2 months ago after seeing an offer on www.teeter-online.co.uk allowing you to try the product for 30 days and get a full refund if not satisfied.
I had been in a car accident 8 months ago and had been suffering from back pain and had several types of physio and yet my back was still giving me trouble.
After 4 weeks using the F7000 InversionTable my back felt so much better with no twinges or aches. I now use the Teeter F7000 inversiontable every day for 10 minutes and have not had problems with my back. I just feel good.
I wish I had seen the B grade versions as they are £50 cheaper, they were not on offer. You can buy the B grade through Amazon or direct from Healthclubsathome.com.
The main teeter online site has some very good videos and also lots of user ratings ...
Advantages: Relaxes and decompresses the spine and muscles Disadvantages: Takes up a lot of room
and the jutting out bone in the back of my neck was flat. The drawback was that this was costing me £60 per week then after four months £60 per month.
Prior to attending this treatment I had been tempted to buy an inversiontable to see if it would help as the claim was that it helped to align your spine and took all the stress out of it aiding decompression and allowing your body to relax and revitalize. As usual I had an excuse for spending the £99.00 as I figured it was less than two sessions with the physio and would hopefully save me money by not having to attend sessions anymore. I bought it about a year ago and have not been back to the physiotherapist since. I cannot claim that this piece of kit cured my alignment I know that the physio did that but I do believe that using this to decompress my spine most evenings has prevented my pain from ...
Advantages: Unique design works well, quality pub food, reasonable prices. Disadvantages: Close proximity to motorway makes outdoor eating a no no for me, tiny loo's.
A couple of weeks ago, my parents and I, along with my children, decided we would go out for a bar meal. We've all been quite busy recently and it's been quite a while since we got together like this.
We decided to go to a place we knew pretty well, which was reliable and child friendly. Knowing it as it's former name, 'The Carrow House', and more recently 'The Border Gate' and part of the Brewers Fayre chain we headed off. Arriving, we where surprised to see it had been taken over again, and completely refurbished, now under the name '"TableTable'"
About TableTable
This isn't a chain I personally have ever come across before, indeed didn't realise it was actually part of the same company as Brewers Fayre.
Part of The Whitbread Chain, TableTable has a more up-market feel than it's sister chain Brewers Fayre.

Manufacturer's product description
The Ultrafit Inversion Table is a fabulous way to allow the forces of gravity to work for you rather than against you as they do in the aging process. But to allow gravity to be at your advantage there are a few basics you need to understand about the laws of our environment and how they have such a great impact on our bodies. Inversion therapy has countless benefits for reversing the damage we do to our bodies on a daily basis. Hunching, bending and even varicose veins are the blight of the human body. The amount of damage we do to our backs alone is somewhat alarming, but with Inversion Therapy, it can all be avoided.
