Advantages: Very easy to use, move around and store. Disadvantages: I'm sure there are better steppers but for a higher price.
Before I start describing the wonders and blunders of the vfit mini stepper I'd like to explain why I opted for this style of home gym equipment.
I read a bit on the internet about steppers and how people lose 2-3 inches just using the stepper every day, although this would be a nice bonus I wasn't focusing on losing weight so much as getting fitter and healthier. I live in a large block of flats in London, on the 7th floor with other people living below, above, each side and across the hall. Purely because of this I gave up on my collection of fitness DVDs as I didn't want to be banging about jumping and running every day to the tune of "Lift 2,3,4 and Down 2,3,4, Slide 2,3,4 and Back 2,3,4, and Starjumps...". So basically I believed the quietest exercise equipment I could buy would be a mini stepper.

Advantages: Position, cleanliness, staff Disadvantages: None although may be too quiet for some
Reasons for choosing this hotel:
We chose this hotel for the first couple of nights of a two week self-drive tour in July 07 based on it's proximity to Rome and the fact that the area is rich in history - fabulous Villas built as it was one of the most popular destinations of Roman emperors due to the sulphur springs and spa waters which are still thought to be of the highest quality.
Directions:
Tivoli is to the North East of Rome and is easily accessible from both Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. Join the Rome Ring Road and exit at Junction 13 (head towards Tivoli), the hotel is approximately 10km from this junction. The hotel is also easily reached from the centre of Rome by public transport - the railway station Bagni di Tivoli is 1km away and the bus-stop on the main Rome-Tivoli line is 300m from the hotel.

Advantages: three in one action. Disadvantages: hard to find
up, I could not find it on the usual sites. I eventually found it on a site called Auravita.

I have been using this product for two years, and am near to finishing my last bottle. If I could not find this, I would have gone back to Nivea or Oil of Ulay.
Both good standbys, but I have a lot of reasons for staying with this product. My skin type is a combination of dry to greasy, so finding a product to suit my skin, was very important to me.
