It is adjustable you can adjust as per your requirement. It is soft & Comfortable to use. It is good for strengthing your legs & arms. These weights are good for walking and cycling. But it is somewhat uncomfortable for jogging and running. It may slip if run with it. It is good if you use light weights.If you use little heavy weights they may split open & weights may expose. Ok, welcome to The most pointless piece of exercise equipment I have ever used. This product is wrong on a number of levels. They are expensive, uncomfortable and also physiologically have more of a negative impact on training than a positive one. Let me explain.
Here are the claims of Golds Gym with regards to their product.

*(Changes in increments of 0.5 kg for a total weight of 2.5 kg each
*Durable, dirt and water resistant nylon construction
*Metal loop/velcro closure is secure and adjustable
*Adding weights to your cardiovascular workout increases its intensity.

Ok so where to begin. well firstly the weights are extremely uncomfortable. No matter how hard you tighten the weights around your wrist ...
Advantages: Very easy to use, move around and store. Disadvantages: I'm sure there are better steppers but for a higher price.
Before I start describing the wonders and blunders of the vfit mini stepper I'd like to explain why I opted for this style of home gym equipment.
I read a bit on the internet about steppers and how people lose 2-3 inches just using the stepper every day, although this would be a nice bonus I wasn't focusing on losing weight so much as getting fitter and healthier. I live in a large block of flats in London, on the 7th floor with other people living below, above, each side and across the hall. Purely because of this I gave up on my collection of fitness DVDs as I didn't want to be banging about jumping and running every day to the tune of "Lift 2,3,4 and Down 2,3,4, Slide 2,3,4 and Back 2,3,4, and Starjumps...". So basically I believed the quietest exercise equipment I could buy would be a mini stepper.
So off to Argos to get ...
