Advantages: Very easy to use, move around and store. Disadvantages: I'm sure there are better steppers but for a higher price.
Before I start describing the wonders and blunders of the vfit mini stepper I'd like to explain why I opted for this style of home gym equipment.
I read a bit on the internet about steppers and how people lose 2-3 inches just using the stepper every day, although this would be a nice bonus I wasn't focusing on losing weight so much as getting fitter and healthier. Advantages: safe, nice, easy to use Disadvantages: may be pulled up!

The usual bath mats work really well but they are really plain and boring looking and, from what I remember when we ewre younger, they used to go mouldy very quickly especially the white ones!
I saw these Clippasafe mini bath mats and thought they looked so much nicer and decided to give them a go and see if they would work okay for us and if they would be fun for our baby too!
The bath mats come in packets of 6 and they are mini which means you do need to use them all so that they are actually useful else they're just not worth it!
They stick onto the bath easily and they ...
