New tent is non-leaky and big enough for 2 adults and a small amount of equipment in the sleeping area. Vestibule area is big enough to store things ... ...if you have small chairs and sit hunched over. This is really a tent for people who are happy to sit on the floor (thick floor covering is included for vestibule area).
Keeps water out very successfully as long as you don't open the doors - slight design flaw funnels some of the water into the tent if you're not careful. Not the worst that I've seen though!

Vestibule area is big enough to store things in, or eat in during extreme downpours - but only if you have small chairs and sit hunched over. This is really a tent for people who are happy to sit on the floor (thick floor covering is included for vestibule area).

Beta's have replaced the best selling Gamma's as Vango's new leisure tunnel tents. Perfect for 2-season camping these tunnel tents have external poles for flysheet first pitching, with the living/porch area large enough to use as living space, bike or gear storage with two entrances. The Beta 450 is a 4-berth version of the tent which features a breathable polyester inner, bathtub inner groundsheet and permanent living area/porch groundsheet. The flysheet is made from Protex 2000, a polyester fabric with 2000mm hydrostatic head with fully taped seams and continuous external pole sleeves. Within the flysheet are air vents and 'crystal clear' windows with internal covers for privacy. The Fibreflex fibreglass poles are colour coded for easy identification. Comes complete with zip entry handled carry bag.
