Advantages: attrractive to fish, sometimes smells yummy to me too, texture can be altered easily with the addition of different amounts of water.
Disadvantages: sometimes the 1kg bag doesn't last too long.

Sensas for example have a range which are actually named after the species they’re aimed at. That doesn’t mean that only one species of fish will be attracted to each of them though. Advantages: Can exercise while watching baby.
Disadvantages: Too big.

...make it easier by altering the resistance. I also found that when tired, if I was going forwards, I would switch to reverse and use different muscles. Yes, a change is almost as good as a rest! You can rest your arms completely if you want as there are little handles in front of you which are still. The weight limit was about 17 stone. Did I use? * * * * * * * * Oh yes, whenever I could, which was not as easy as I thought it would be. You have to plan your time so that you can have a shower afterwards so you do really have to allow an hour at least. Not always easy with children (one in my case) and other comittments. Advantages: Small, light, quick and easy to put up
Disadvantages: Not good if you get lucky ;0)

...I've been camping since I was a kid so I know a reasonable amount about tents. Usually, when I go camping, there are others with me, such as family, or friends. As a result, I've had 6-man frame tents that come in two 30kg bags, 4-man dome tents, 5 man dome tents, and now a huge 9-man dome tent. But this is the only 1-man tent I've ever had. And believe it or not, I bought this for work!!! You see, I'm a courier and I occassionally get jobs to Western EU countries. I could get a hotel, but as I'm self employed, it's another extra coming out of my profits. And as the Europeans do camp sites far better than we do in the UK, it'd be a shame not to make use of them. Besides, £50 for a night in a hotel, or £10 for a campsite... why not?
