This is a brilliant product for home use. If you are a 9-5 person then this is it. The vibration can be off-putting at first but after half hour on the machine, you are not looking back. It tones and flexes the core muscles and makes you feel good inside! The vibrations get your muscles going and if use regularly it is as good as going to the gym. The is a very hard work out but it has brilliant results. Great for people who are not experienced athletes ...

Advantages: Ease of Use, No Frills Effectiveness

I first viewed the flexibar on a home shopping channel with great scepticism. It's a long bar with a padded grip in the middle and 2 counterweights on each end. Review of Flexi-Sports Flexi-Bar

To be used in private!

Advantages: Works your muscles harder whilst feeling quite relaxing and addictive.
Disadvantages: Your wobbly bits shake from head to toe and you sound like a robot!

I have been using this machine for the past two weeks. I had previously used one at my local gym but the wait to get on the machine could be lengthy as it has proved so popular with people of all ages. The one I now have at home seems to be almost as powerful as the more expensive model in the gym and I can use it when I want. It has proved useful for getting more from exercises such as sit-ups and press-ups as the constant vibration really makes ...
...makes your muscles work harder. People I know who have used the machine for a few months believe their muscle tone to be improving! I have also found my recovery to be better after a long run if I use the machine whilst doing stretches. Advantages: great for toning up
Disadvantages: can get a little boring

Crazy fit is Crazy good!

Advantages: Dont break a sweat, can be used for all ages, quiet, lose inches!
Disadvantages: Cant drink a coffee while your on it!
