What was the ease of use?
The complete package is quite cumbersome. When I first received this all the tools were extremely difficult to open from the main body. Very unyielding. I found this very awkward and unmanageable to start with. With regular use, the tools though still difficult to get at are loosening slightly. I haven’t found a need to use them all yet so some are still stiffer than others. Give it 6 months and they should be comfortable to open.
How easy are the bits to use:
Because they are so small to grasp they take a while for you to adapt to them. So far I have used the toothpick, knives, wire cutters, and mini screwdriver with the flat head on a regular basis. Others have been used but not regularly. I carry it with me and use it mainly in the garage.
With 34 tools on board this is quite heavy. I haven’t any scales so cant give you the weight but it does lie heavily in your pocket. I don’t like the transparent case but this is the only gripe I have.
My favorite, and most used tool to date is the mini flat-headed screwdriver. I have already tightened my glasses, replaced a tiny screw in a motorbike model and opened a model paint pot lid with it. Ever had a fiddly screw you couldn’t reach because your tools were too large. Well this is the boy for you.
Every man/woman desires a toy, no matter their age. This retails at £49.95 but is well worth the money spent. Go on treat yourselves
Victorinox sell so many different products ranging from watches through to kitchen knives
Advantages: Fantastic range of quality gizmos in one tight package Disadvantages: Retail price sucks at £50, got mine on EBay brand new for £30
Wow!!!! Look at all the quality tools in one tight little package!!!
Has a total of 41 functions, ranging from an ever handy pin (which i recently just found), to a robust set of pliers with a wire cutter. Coolest thing has to be the way the screwdriver bits are stashed under the screwdriver unit.
Has sharp as hell blades (the missus cut her fingers to shreds thinking it was like one of those inferior "cheapo" lookalikes. Doh!) the usual tweezers ... ...horses hooves. It even has a pen stashed away in it.
Only 2 main differences between this 41 model and the 51 model (obviously 10 functions) are the metal saw/nailfile and the woodsaw (not very cybery but usefull if you go camping with your PC).
Overall smart an compact piece of kit available in classic Red or new transparent dark blue (thats mine). Highly recommended for all you gizmo freaks who like dismantling PCs and kids toys. ...

Advantages: High quality Disadvantages: A bit expensive in UK
...I have owned Victorinox SwissTool, CyberTool 34, Mignite Manager Sapphire and MiniChamp.I am very impressed with the quality of the product. Their quality control is unmatchable when comparing to similar product from US such as multitools.
The blades are made from high quality stainless steel which have very good edge retention and easy to sharpen. The only weakness is the plastic handle that is weaker. But if you go for the Alox Handle such as soldier or pioneer model it would be better.
The CyberTool is very brilliantly designed. The screwdriver bits really do the work and no more rounding as any other tools, which will, slipped off sometimes. For SwissTool, the brilliant locks on all blades make work safer.
Swiss Army Knives is definitely the multitools to go for its quality....
