My review is for the the Virgin Active in Kingston Upon Thames. I signed up to Virgin Active about 6 months ago and must say that I have been very pleased with it from day 1. Virgin Active is a gym that is aimed at young professionals. The main selling point of this is that there are no children allowed so if you want to go for a swim you don’t have to dodge any children playing in the water. For me, this was a major boost. i attended virgin active a few months back now and after being shown around i become a member. The facilities available in the gym are absolutely fantastic, these include swimming pool, weights, CV equipment, Yoga equipment, Sauna, Steam room, Tanning beds, and a variet of classes such as boxing, cycling, circuits and light weights yoga, so everything for everyone really!! The layout is very good i think, and the cleanliness and space of the changing facilities was to an incredible standard.
