Advantages: Good classes, excellent customer service Disadvantages: No pool
...machines (between 2-6 of each machine). They cover just about everything; there are steppers, several running machines, plenty of cross trainers, 4 rowers, 4 recumbentcycles and 2 normal cycles. They also have a full range of weights machines and free weights. They have made sure that there's an adequate supply of the most popular machines such as the runners and cross trainers, these are always the first to get used up at peak times. No it won't make me fit but I thought it would act as an incentive to get me out and about because its a new gadget for me to play with but obviously have to travel far to test it properly.
Oooooookaaaaaaaay you're thinking ! but anyway, I ordered it from that lovely little place called ebay for £5.99 and thought what a bargain. Similar computers with only 9 functions cost about £15 in the shops and do less. So it arrives typically on a day I have to go to work and can't use it :(. When I get home from work I read the booklet - yes us men can read booklets its just half the time we choose not too...

There has been a series of killings in the subdued small town of Tarker Mills. Reports of a large wolf like creature prowling the town are greeted with a mixture of disbelief and fear. Yet as the killings become more and more violent it is clear that no more
We bought this before christmas and never looked back. Fresh juices every morning, very easy to clean, just rinsing under hot water or the components will all go into the dishwasher. One tip, make sure you use the plastic bags you get from the... more
