Yoga is a way of life. Yoga is for people who want to improve their selves physically and mentally. If your goal is to lose weight and improve physical condition only and you don?t want to change anything related with your mind then you will find that Yoga is boring.
There is a big difference between doing something with and without awareness. Yoga helps us to aware our actions, our body and our mind.
One very easy example so that you understand the difference between the ordinary physical exercise and Yoga:
-turn your right ankle ten times on the left as fast as you want .. this is ordinary physical exercise
-close your eyes, feel your right ankle, take a deep breath, turn it tem times on the left very slowly, take a breath when it goes up...

...Bath time is fun time for babies! They love to play with their toys and splash around but there's always that element of worry knowing that your baby is playing in water and that the bath is very slippy so you do need to keep your baby as safe as possible.
The usual bath mats work really well but they are really plain and boring looking and, from what I remember when we ewre younger, they used to go mouldy very quickly especially the white ones!
I saw these Clippasafe mini bath mats and thought they looked so much nicer and decided to give them a go and see if they would work okay for us and if they would be fun for our baby too!
The bath mats come in packets of 6 and they are mini which means you do need to use them all so that they are actually useful else they're just not worth it!
