Review of Everybody's Tennis (PS2)

Virtua Tennis 2- the best around

Advantages: Fast flowing gameplay, colourful, great multiplayer
Disadvantages: not many selectable characters, can be too short, poor sound

Having gone through a phase of being a massive tennis fan, i decided that i wanted to spend a bit of money on a computer game that was enjoyable as real tennis- and luckily this didn't dissapoint! Virtua Tennis 2 is the kind of game that you can sit and play for hours on end and forget what time it is, or how long you have been playing for. The career mode is highly enjoyable, taking a small player to the top of the world- but it won't be easy! You will really get stuck into the game, cheering your player on and shouting at the linesman for calls which you know are in, but cannot bear to lose the point! The training modes can also be incredibly difficult, for example, having to destroy a moving tank with some very accurate and powerful groundstrokes, whilst also avoiding the missiles it fires at you! Review of Virtua Tennis 2 (PS2)

Wilson Ksix-one tour tennes racket

Advantages: Good control racket
Disadvantages: Heavy racket

Roger Federer's racket for the tour, the one he has been using from the Australian Open 2007 onwards. The racket comes from Wilson. When I play with this racket, I found that the racket swings through just a bit quicker than the nSix One Tour (the old style racket). It gave the impression of being a bit more aerodynamic through the air, both for groundstrokes and serves, thus adding power. The string bed seeemed to give more bite on the ball which gave more potential for spin & control. Conclusion: If you have the ability to cope with a heavy racket, then you will definately get more power and control from your game. Would suit all advanced players or extreme hard hitters. Wilson are always my racket of choice from the first time I pickd up the original pro staff tour (Sampras's racket of choice) ...
