I started bodybuilding 3 years ago. I started at home using these exact weights. They are great for everything you want to achieve when using them. I use them for barbell curling, dumbell curling, dumbell pressing, dumbell flys, shouler press and squats. they can be used for many more things. I use these to work on my biceps, triceps, shoulders, pecks and legs. They are perfect for home use. They dont get in the way and are easy to store away in a cupboard or where i put them, under my bed. Over the years i have managed to move up with the weights that i use as these weights are changable as to what ever suits your comfort. These dumbells are a great addition for your home gym. Combine these with other equipment and your normal nutrition and you can achieve what your after. Just remember to not overload the weights your using so that you dont injure yourself.
