Advantages: Can support 200kg so good for the big guys. Disadvantages: Butterfly wings get in the way.
The York Folding bench is an incline bench which can be easily adjusted to give 4 different angles of back rest, It also has a detachable leg extension attachment which is great for doing leg curls. It has 2 safety hooks for the barbell bench press which is a must if you are working out on your own and don't have a spotter. It has 2 butterfly attachment which just get in the way and nobody ever really uses them. The maximum total weight it supports ... ...the heavy lifters.
My opinion on the bench is:
I think it is really good its durable and comfortable, it can be easily folded up to hide away in a corner. I have had a lot of use out of mine and its still going strong. Its very sturdy and is built with thick metal tubing. Its defiantly worth the wile buying it, it costs around 89.99 and here are some exercises you can do on it.

Advantages: Good set of weights, comes with a excercise planner Disadvantages: Badly made Locking collars
...I decided to buy some York weights, 30kilos to be exact.
I got home and unpacked the weights, read the instructions on how to piece the whole lot together then started using them.
The set comes complete with:
2 Dumbell bars
2 Outer Barbell Collars
6 Vinyl Locking Dumbell collars
2 plastic Dumbell sleeves
6 x 1” Round internal Caps
2 x 4.5kg Vinyl disks
6 x 2.3kg Vinyl disks
4 x 1.1kg Vinyl disks
2 Training charts
This was all very ... ...were a serious design flaw, two of them broke at the nut because they were so feebly made.
Although these are very good weights, at a good price and I have been able to make good use of them that design flaw should have been considered before distribution took place.
The total cost of the weights was £19 at Argos and is very sturdy and durable. It’s just a shame about the locking collars.
Well worth the buy, just be weary of the Collars. ...

This had 2 purposes , 1, it got me from under my wifes feet, and 2, it helped keep me fit .
But due to unforeseen family problems I can not get to the gym as much any more , so I had to find an alternative method of keeping fit at home.
I have looked at all the different electronic gadgets ( personally none of these really work), Then I turned my attention to free weights and Multi gyms, which believe me they are good and obviously work, But I do not live in a mansion , plus having a 6 year old son and a disabled 10 year old son who are both very nosey means leaving heavy weights and machines laying around pretty dangerous .
Then one day my eldest daughter was watching QVC ( as ...
