This excersise bike is great for the price, it has a sensor in the hand grip that monitors your pulse wholst you are on the bike, has a screen which is quite big so very clear to see that you can check what your pulse is, how far you have cycled, calories burned and how long you have been on the bike. There is a black dial further down from the handle bars that allows you to change the resistance at the same time as riding the bike so you can make it harder or softer as you need to, it is a very sturdy bike but the seat isnt very comfortable at all which is a real shame as other than this it is a great bike, it doesnt fold away for storage so you will need space to store it when not in use.
