This excersise bike is great for the price, it has a sensor in the hand grip that monitors your pulse wholst you are on the bike, has a screen which is quite big so very clear to see that you can check what your pulse is, how far you have cycled, calories burned and how long you have been on the bike. There is a black dial further down from the handle bars that allows you to change the resistance at the same time as riding the bike so you can make it harder or softer as you need to, it is a very sturdy bike but the seat isnt very comfortable at all which is a real shame as other than this it is a great bike, it doesnt fold away for storage so you will need space to store it when not in use. ...

A Diamond of a Comedy!

Advantages: Great story, Excellent acting, very funny
Disadvantages: none

Kirk Douglas starts in this film playing the role of Harry. He was once known as the ?Polish Prince? when he was a prize fighter but now in his old age he has suffered a bad stroke and is trying to get his body working again and his speech back. Harry has a son called Lance who he does not get on with to well. Lance and his son pay a visit to Harry at his brother house and Michael, the grandson, soon takes a liking to his Grandfather and suggests to his Dad that they take him on an adventure. Harry talks to Michael of a fight he once threw in payment for a bag of giant diamonds but he never got the diamonds and they are now hidden in the house of the man who offered them to him.
