Advantages: tones muscles, improves cardiovascular fitness Disadvantages: injury possible if you are careless
...head. Putting your hands behind your head, apart from being a way of hauling yourself up, is potentially very bad for your neck. Pushing from you elbows, you can crook your neck far too easily, and a neck injury simply isn’t nice! The legs should be bent at the knees, between 60 and 90 degrees, with the feet a few centimetres apart. When you do the sit-up, your hands should stay on your chest throughout, and it is best if someone holds your feet, or you can hook the under something, e.g. a bed or sofa!!
There is even a sit-up bleep test, which bleeps every time you do a sit up. It increases every level, and the idea is to get on the highest level possible. Gyms offering circuittraining may have this. I guarantee you will have a much firmer stomach after about 100 sit-ups at this speed!

Advantages: Fun, effective workout Disadvantages: Can be hard work to start with
...... a better figure and increased fitness levels!
Sport has so many benefits that a lot of people just do not realise. Did you know that doing exercise gives you energy? It improves your health too. Advantages: Can support 200kg so good for the big guys. Disadvantages: Butterfly wings get in the way.
...The York Folding bench is an incline bench which can be easily adjusted to give 4 different angles of back rest, It also has a detachable leg extension attachment which is great for doing leg curls. It has 2 safety hooks for the barbell bench press which is a must if you are working out on your own and don't have a spotter. It has 2 butterfly attachment which just get in the way and nobody ever really uses them. The maximum total weight it supports is 200kg including body weight so it is good for the heavy lifters.
My opinion on the bench is:
I think it is really good its durable and comfortable, it can be easily folded up to hide away in a corner. I have had a lot of use out of mine and its still going strong. Its very sturdy and is built with thick metal tubing. Its defiantly worth the wile buying it, it costs around 89...
