I used to be a bit of a gym addict, but with two young children I have neither the time nor the energy to spend evenings at the gym any more! Advantages: An easy to use, heavy duty aid to personal fitness and well being Disadvantages: Initially costly but otherwise none
...is the ‘Fit Test’ which enables toy to measure your aerobic fitness level in comparison with others of similar age and gender.
The programmes are:
‘Manual’: The user can control speed and incline at will.
‘Hill’: an interval training workout consisting of warm-up, steady speed plateau, a graduated series of hills and valleys and a cool down period.
‘Random’: similar to the ‘Hill’ but after the warm up period each segment is randomly set by the treadmill.

After the sudden death of my 7 year old Pro-form treadmill it was time to start looking for something to replace it with but being somewhat out of pocket (probably due to credit crunch/petrol prices) my budget was under £400. I must say I didn't think that I'd be able to get much treadmill for my money.
FINDING A TREADMILL
I started my searching on the Internet with a firm called fitness-superstore http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk, which has a great range of low priced treadmills and I soon became zapped by the latest designs and specifications of the new range of treadmill on the market. As I set my budget at under £400 this helped me to narrow my searching and leave me with 3 possible treadmills that met my needs, the makes were Pro-form, Weslo, Reebok.
