Pro Test Batting Gloves
Review of Slazenger Pro Test Gloves by nickbolton

Advantages: Well protected and comfy
Disadvantages: Too big velcra and Expensive

The Ultimate Glove. More technology here than in an aircraft, there well protected, comfy and look good! I've had a pair for a year now and have fallen in love with them. Although I've only been hit there a few times it hurts distinctively less than any of my previous gloves. Quad Flex, Hex Tech impact absorption, fibre inserts, Slazenger's airflow system, are the official names for all the protection bits. The palms also absorb your sweat so cuts ...
...(mine are still in good condition after a year playing a few times a week!). However one note of caution, the Velcro is slightly too big for the strap, so if you like to wear a woolly jumper when batting it often attaches itself and can get very annoying. They are also one of the more expensive gloves at around £60. Overall they are defiantly worth buying if you are a serious cricketer who does not wear a jumper! I will almost certainly buy a second ... Read review

Pro Tour Gloves
Review of Slazenger Pro Tour Gloves by nickbolton

Advantages: Secure and Comfy
Disadvantages: Bulky and Expensive

These slazenger batting gloves have all the technology here to keep those precious fingers protected. They have the new Hex Tech Impact protection panels (although I think these might be more of a marketing aspect than actually do anything, but they look good though!). Fibre inserts into the padding, as well as Slazenger's Air Flow system which helps to maintain that all important secure grip. A very comfy glove with sheep skin palms, as well as ... Read review

Need a new, good pair of gloves?
Review of Slazenger Super Test Gloves by mansfield666

Advantages: super protction and very confortable
Disadvantages: The price may be a little too high for some

I greatly recommend that if your looking for a good, quality pair of cricket gloves then look no further. Want to know more about these gloves then read on......................... These gloves can be suitable for any standard of cricket and also can give you as a batsman a great more confident feel when your facing one of the really fast bowlers. This is because when you know that your going to be facing the bowler with some real pace you know ...
...with the gloves at the high speed then your fingers and hans will be safe. With the protection on these gloves everything will feel a world apart. This is all true as when i purchased these gloves, i've had to face many very fast bowlers and also have been smashed on the hand and fingers, all that would happen is hardly anything, as it wouldn't even feel like the ball has hit the glove. These gloves are top of the range good luck. Buy them there ... Read review

Hand Savers
Review of Slazenger Select Test Gloves by Barthezz

Advantages: Comfortable, good protection
Disadvantages: Not very stylish

Well there ain't much to write about cricket gloves but here goes! These gloves were given to me by my friend who retired from cricket near the start of the season. He had only used them once so I was grateful to receive. The gloves are very comfortable when holding a bat which is what you expect. The protection is pretty good as I found out to my disadvantage when i was hit on my thumb in the last game of the season just gone. Although it hurt ...
...a bruise :-) The style comprises of box structure fingers, a thin layer on the palm with air holes to prevent excessive sweating (not much use when facing the likes of Darren Gough etc.) The velcro strap on the wrist is very wide making it difficult to fall off during a match as my old Gunn and Moore gloves. Overall, a good glove with great protection and comfort. Style isn't on Slazengers priority list though :-) ... Read review
