Nike One Black- Great balls
Review of Nike Golf Nike One Black Golf Balls by Cheesychip1

Advantages: Great distance and control in air.
Disadvantages: Non-if any.

...looked and saw that the Nike One Black was the same price as the titilist so i bought a pack of three and tookm them out with me to give them a round. I play off 18 and i loose a fair few balls on the course. However i was highly suprised when after 18 I still had all three Nike balls. I found they were very good distance hitters and they made a great sound off the face of my driver. I like to spinn my ball onto the green nearest to flag flag as ...
...the price they are truely worth the price because i bought three and here i am 2 weeks later and i still have all three. Easy to control balls with a nice satisfing NIKE tick on them. I use these now more than the PV 1's ... Read review

A cheap way to improve you're golf swing
Review of Airflow Golf Practice Balls by beanie8844

Advantages: very cheap, they work, you can practice in the garden
Disadvantages: you may prefer real golf balls

...on offer. I noticed these airflow practice balls and they seemed like a fab training aid and something which should really help my swing. They are exactly the same size and dimension as a normal golf ball, but are of plastic construction and have airholes all over them, producing maximum drag from the moment they are struck. This therefore minimzes their flight, reduces the speed of the ball and the distance it travels. Effectively, this means you ...
...I think these airflow practice balls are great and every golfer should have a set in their bag. They allow you to practice you're full swing in places where space is limited, knowing that you aren't going to cause any damage. It is also easy to tell if you have made a good connection because the flight of the ball tells you. A good shot tends to rise before gradually falling to the floor, whereas a poor shot has more speed and comes down immediately, ... Read review

Callaway Big Bertha Red Balls
Review of Callaway Big Bertha Series Golf Balls by LJenna

Advantages: Seem to go miles!
Disadvantages: None

...My partner introduced me to Callaway (he is obsessed by the game and only Callaway stuff will do for him!!) As a lady golfer I have tried many of the golf balls designed specifically for lasies, and although I found these to be good, my partner eventually persuaded me to try Callaway. As some Callaway products can be pricey, I decided to go for the Big Bertha Balls (Red for distance) which seem to be a little more reasonable than some of the other ... Read review

What is rule 35
Review of Callaway Golfballs by zappamuse

Advantages: Incredible feel
Disadvantages: Price

Callaway have waited a long time before entering into the golf ball market. I welcome them with open arms. After many years playing the titleist hps wound ball I decided to give the callaway a go. The price wasn't too frightening although it seems worse due to them only being sold in sleeves of five or more rather than the usual three. As soon as I had one in my hand I knew this ball was different. It almost feels sticky to the touch. The feel of ...
...was really pleasing. But the callaway really comes into it's own around the green. It's soft feel really is unlike any other ball I have ever tried. You learn to trust it very very quickly. Putting with it is an absolute pleasure. As for rule 35? There isn't one. Very clever. Are callaway suggesting that this ball is just outside the rules? They should be! ... Read review

Callaway HX TOUR Black
Review of Callaway HX Tour Black Golf Balls by dirtycash_uk

Advantages: these babies fly!!!!!!!
Disadvantages: price!!

...won a dozen off these Callaway HX Tour black balls in a competition and am in love !! I have always played with Titleist Pro V1's in the past and didn't think anything would be able to beat them. These Callaways balls go an absolute mile when spanked off the tee with your driver. I would say slightly further than the pro v1. They also have excellent spin control when struck with your short irons into the greens. I have never had so much backspin ...
...putt with as well , a real soft feel coming off the putter face. The only real draw back with these is the price. I believe they are currently retailing for around £36 a dozen but i believe them to be worth it , especially in the summer. I have found them to have knocked around 2-3 shots off of my game per round , i play off a 12 handicap currenty. ... Read review
