Advantages: Low cost to buy and run, small to fit into a small space, manual defrost

...As I only have a small flat which didn't come with a freezer, I had to get myself a small freezer that I could find somewhere. What the freezer has to offer - Manual defrost. Ice cube tray. Reversible door. Size (H)51, (W)54.5, (D)55cm. Energy efficiency class 'B'. Energy consumption 292kWh/year. Net frozen food volume 45 litres. 4 star rating. Price - This freezer cost £98 which is relatively cheap for a freezer. I was able to get it delivere to my door the next day by Argos, which was great. I looked around for the best price and I found the freezer for between £95-£120. Regarding running the freezer, I havent found a significant change in my electricity bill. This ensures it is not so big that it is impractical but also not so small that it looks like something a child would have in a dolls house. It also has 4 cleaning programs and over 12 place settings meaning that it can clean just about anything in your kitchen. ...;t have to be just toys that you store in it. There are multiple uses - toybox, blanket box, book box, Nappies and bits and bobs box - to name a few. Although if you do use it for blanets (I did for a while) place a muslin or old towel on the top because there is a hinge which is ever so slightly oiled and your blankets could potentially get a little damaged. The box weighs approximately 10kgs, measures 55cm x 58cm x 40cm and is recommended from 36 months (probably due to the box lid which could be quite heavy for little ones. Although designed as a bench I am not sure how much weight it would actually take on it so can't comment on its durability.... Read review
