...would go back to Ikea the next day to have a look as we were wanting some drawers in our bedroom. We liked the look of a chest of 6 drawers with 2 small drawers at the top and 4 large ones below. The fittings on the drawers are simple black metal oval discs with a wire handle that folds flat against the disc. Again this was very easy to build, the hardest bit being putting the drawer runners on, but once on they fit easily into the drawer opening and run really smoothly. At £129 they weren't cheap but they are solid and the only bits that aren't solid pine are the drawer bottoms and the back panel, they are mad of fibreboard but are thick and sturdy. If you are looking for good quality solid furniture then I recommend you look at the Leksvik range, the colour is really nice and they are easy to build up and solid once they are built... ...-diagnosis function which operates when a problem occurs in the unit. I presume that this will show up on the LCD display, I guess similar to a photocopier – eg. when our photocopier at work goes wrong a picture of a red spanner will show to warn us something is wrong. However, they stress that you shouldn’t, under any circumstances, switch off the power because the engineer will take longer to find out the problem. Obviously, by keeping it switched on then he will be able to diagnose the fault by the number that displays on the screen. The freezer compartment is slimmer than the fridge compartment and holds less than my chest freezer but I am not bothered about this. ...was a comfortable armless chair at just the right height to use the laptop on which I am writing this review. On The desk was the usual hotel literature. For one reason or another, there were no power points above or to one side of the desk, and had to drag my mains cable approximately 6 feet to the nearest socket. Above the desk was a small wall mounted wooden framed mirror with wall mounted lights to either side. To the right of the desk stood a small chest of 3 drawers on which rested the Goldstar TV set with remote control. Behind the desk was one of the rooms radiators, and to the right was the obligatory trouser press. To the left of the desk stood a free standing wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. Inside there was a safe and extra bed linen / pillow. To the left of the wardrobe was an emergency exit – presumably into the next bedroom... Read review

Advantages: Skin feels softer and youthfulness of chest skin improves

...I recently noticed that the skin on my neck and chest was looking drawn, so when I saw Dove pro-age neck and chest beauty serum being advertised on television, I was tempted to try it. I think I actually paid £7.99 for it, so I do think it is a bit expensive. The white cream has a light but pleasant fragrance and it is quickly and easily absorbed into the skin. There is instantly an improved feeling to the texture of the skin and I can confirm that my skin did physically feel better. Although I didn't notice much visible improvement to my neck, the appearance of the skin on my chest was significant. I'm not sure that I would continue to buy it at this price, but would recommend it to anyone who wanted to give it a try.... Read review

...Colds tend to hang around on my chest and add to the effects of my asthma, so I often develop a chestful of thick gooey muck which is uncomfortable, affects breathing and is unpleasant and difficult to get rid of. On the advice of a friend, I tried Cabdrivers Cough Linctus. I had to order this specially from my Sainsburys pharmacy, but it was delivered overnight (well done, Sainsburys). The linctus had an immediate effect on symptoms. Perhaps this was to some extent psychological and caused by the "strong" flavour. However, I could also feel the eucalyptus and pine oils, or similar, vaporising down my throat into my chest, where they did relieve the tightness and breathlessness. ...(all over your chest, neck and back I mean in moderation) I have had trouble with my sinuses and my chest ever since I can remember. This was sometimes due to my Asthma, sometimes because of my Hay fever, or because as I found out a couple of years back I had a deviated nasal septum. I have now got better treatment for my asthma, hay fever and have had an operation to fix my nasal passages. All three of those have been good in order to alleviate my almost constant chest infections and chronic sinusitis troubles. Vics Vaporub has also came in very handy for clearing my chest and my sinuses, after doing applying this and inhaling a little of it. Once I have done that my sinuses feel much better whilst my chest feels incredibly clear. Vics is marketed as a decongestant for colds, though it also works well for sinus troubles as well... ...on size, with £2 p&p. Coupler (if wanted) approximately £2.95. Reins (if wanted) approximately £6. The idea when measuring is to make sure that the chest strap is longer than your dog's chest measures (see site for full fitting and measuring instructions). The Walkezee is very easy to adjust/fit and get on - the dog just "steps" (sometimes with a little help!) into the gap between the chest strap and the girth strap. Takes seconds. Then you just clip up the girth strap, loop the velcro connecting strap through the collar, attach the lead, and go. The theory is that when you attach the lead to the chest strap, if the dog pulls, the padded strap tightens across the chest (no pain or discomfort included, just tightening of the strap), causing the dog to stop pulling - and when the dog walks to heel, the chest strap loosens. His favourite toys seem to have a half life of five minutes, or are ridiculously complicated to put together and play with (unless of course you are six years old, in which case they are simple to put together and play with). ...No ,not me, my chest freezer. At home we were lucky enough to have 2 fridges. While there was enough fridge space for drinks,vegatables, milk, butter, etc, we were limited on frozen food space. People forget when they buy a fridge with an ice compartment that they will have nowhere to store frozen goods. We had a Fridge Freezer but there are 2 of us at home and we needed extra space. However, we did not need a massive chest Freezer. The type that sits in the garage and is used as a sawing table by my husband! No. What we needed, thanks to reduced space, was a Flip top chest Freezer that fits in a standard appliance fitting compartment at home. That is where the Zanussi comes in handy.
