You can't beat it - even with the 9XXX series
Review of BFG GeForce 8800 GTX OC2 by
ClockworkUniverse42
Advantages: Great speed, the best for high resolution gaming, lifetime warrent + great customer support from BFG
Disadvantages: Hot & can be loud, a large card (27cm)
...The 8800GTX card from Nvidia has long been established as one of the best single-GPU cards in existence - in fact, the only single-GPU card that beats it is the 9800GTX, which has its own drawbacks, as I will explain below.
So how does the BFG 8800GTX OC2 differ from the rest of the menagerie that is the 8800GTX family? Well, first of all, it has significantly higher clock speeds, giving you great performance gains over both standard clocked brands, and many of the other stock overclocked brands. It is nearly at the top of the food chain as far as 8800GTX speeds go. As for how it competes in real-world gaming, I can play any game at full graphics settings with this beast of a graphics card, and every one of those with full anisotropic filtering, and at least some level of antialising (the latter on all games save for Crysis...

Powerful, cool and silent
Review of MSI N9600GT Hybrid Freezer by
piloteer81
Advantages: Copes with most modern games, silent running
Disadvantages: Superior cooling comes at a price
...Summer 2008 saw a shed-load of new mid and high-end discrete graphics cards from both Nvidia and ATI (manufacturers) released. The 9600GT isn't a new card by any means, being from Nvidia's 9x00 series cards that have already been superceded by the more powerful GTX200 series. Infact since I bought the card, prices have tumbled following a price war between the two manufacturers that have actually seen faster cards like the Nvidia 9800GTX and ATI 4850 fall to prices below that of the MSI 9600GT Hybrid Freezer.
So why on earth buy it then? It currently retails for £140 which is more than both of the above cards retail for despite them being faster. However the MSI 9600GT Hybrid Freezer has a small trick up it's sleeve that will certainly appeal to quite a few people out there. This is to do with the cooling. MSI have included one...

Even Witcherer
Review of The Witcher (PC) by
Zedekiah
Advantages: Fabulous storyline, particularly in decision making
Disadvantages: Minor translation issues at one or two points
...", and the game excels at making the player look twice and think upon his decisions, though never claiming one is morally above the other.
Oh, you can also try to sleep with women to collect cards, if you want.
Bugs were few, but present; there were some obvious translation issues, leading to difficulty understanding exactly what one is doing at points, but these aside, I haven't noticed many at all.
All in all, a fantastic offering that a heartily recommended
