...photoshop to be as equally user friendly and easy to manage as all previous models, and that is one of the reasons why I rate this product so highly. Although, ease of use is nothing without functionality. Something that CS2 provides in abundance. The new instant red-eye removal tool is simply amazing and it has now become an essential part of my 'photoshopping' inventory. Not to mention the new vanishing point creation tool that can help create realistic 3D scenes in seconds (although it can take a bit of getting used to at first...). All in all I find Adobe Photoshop CS2 to be a an immensly invaluable tool for image manipulation, and the dawn of a new era for easy-to-use graphic development software. Advantages: less processor memary than photoshop
Disadvantages: There are never enough features!

...This software graphics product is one of the best alternatives to Adobe Photoshop CS3/ CS2. It has a similar layout and design if you are familiar with photoshop. There are many drawing features that this product has such as vector drawing, exporting images, normal shape and paintbrush tools. The product also comes equipped with features used to enhance photos by adjusting features such as brightness, contrast, grayscale, removal of red eyes etc. It also has some nice graphic based tools such as artistic effects / 3d effects / texture based tools. As with other similar products it supports the use of layers in images, swatches, transparent backgrounds, picture tubes and has a nice feature that removes backgrounds from image files. It is probably easier to use than photoshop and a great choice at a reasonable price.... Read review

Do not worry though, you may find the product hard to use at first but I assure you the 'Adobe help' function provides more help you need. ...I remember first time I started to learn Adobe Photoshop, years ago. I started with Photoshop 5.5; Those days, we had to go through a lot of steps to do effects we can do now with fewer steps and less time. Adobe Photoshop goes through a lot of enhancements and improvements since then. Through the years, I've upgraded Photoshop, starting with version 5.5, followed by 7, and now CS2. Generally, I skip every other version as a rule of thumb. This new version is more users friendly, saves much time and gives you the ability to create professional outputs in fewer steps with its new features. And speaking of organizing, the new version offers a much better way for users to tuck away palettes in such a way that they are still accessible, saving screen real estate in the process. On here there are a whole host of additional effects and additions I can apply to make the image look professionally complete. 1) There is a very large colour/shader and pattern pallet, useful for applying backgrounds and shaders to complete an image or fill in any blank spaces. Advantages: Graphics card great for high end gaming

...I have been using this laptop for a month now May 1st 2008 It is an amazing laptop for the price tag! The graphics card deals with the latest high end games which i had problems with on my last laptop I use it for DTP and to run my life it is loaded with microsoft works 8.0 which is a home version of office and unless you need office this free software is just as good. has no prolems with adobe cs2 i also use it as a sat nav when im on the road its portability is great the only downsides i have found is that when playing dvd videos the picture has noise which isn't to bad if you sit awy from the screen if you want to stand out from the crowd at your local wi-fi hotspot this laptop ouzes class and style with built in webcam and microphone skype has never been easier...
