Advantages: play any game with analogue

...As much as I love the PlayStation's Dual Shock Analog controller (sports games cannot be played without one) I have two major problems with it. The first is the fact that the more I play games with the analog control the harder it becomes to return to using the thumb-pad for games lacking an analog interface. Second, and of a more serious nature is the diminutive size of the Dual Shock Analog controller. As functional as it is, the small size of the game pad forces me to play games in a mildly-annoying and cramp inducing semi-clawlike grip in order to utilize the multiple buttons and shoulder triggers. Not a big problem until you sit down for a marathon session of PlayStation gaming and realize a few hours later that your hands no longer function properly. ...The Dual Shock Pad is an amazing piece of kit, and is still my favourite pad out of all of them. It's called the Dual Shock because there are two vibration motors so that the feeling is more realistic (one for each hand, if you've seen the transparent one). It's chunkier that the standard PSX controller but not as chunky as the first PSX Analog Pad. The shoulder buttons are comfertabley placed so that they are within reach, and the analog sticks are cool but unfortunately we don't all have 3 hands so you can't use both sticks and the buttons at once. Advantages: Cheap and simple, lots of I/O
Disadvantages: can be irritating to get out of strange modes.

...This is one of the cheapest Sony stackable MD units, and is fully functional. It boasts all the necessary I/O, including analog and optical out, analog, optical and coax inputs (front panel selectable), pitch control, headphone socket and volume control, AMS jog wheel and all the standard other things. The unit is nice and fast, it takes very little time from inserting a MD to being able to record to it, for example. Disadvantages: D-Pad can the thumbs after a while

Buttons and Controls: The standard control on the controller is the D-Pad this consists of 4 buttons placed in a diamond, this is your movement control. Advantages: Graphics and gameplay are awesome!

...To put it bluntly this is the greatest wrestling game ever created and it puts all the others to shame. The graphics are realistic, the similarities from wrestler (in game) to actual wrestler is uncanny. I've wastedmany an hour on this game already. The people of THQ have introduced a new control system to make the game easier but also more realistic. This is were the D-Pad isnt used as much as the analog, a simple flick of the analog will perform one of the wrestler's signature moves. The story is really quite good as well, there are in fact 2 stories, 1 for RAW and 1 for Smackdown. On top of this the sound for the game is also very good, the real life wrestlers do there own voice overs along with the commentators.
