The advert says "Superior oil burn off protection" I will just explain what this means:- Oil Burn Off is the term used to describe what happens when the oil in an engine evaporates, this means that apart from the oil level going down, the evaporating oil leaves behind deposits which can harm your engine. The more miles an engine has done, the faster oil will burn off, this because seals deteriorate, gaskets turn brittle, and of course the piston rings wear. The answer is of course, the use of an oil containing additives that combat this burn, and Castrol claim this oil gives 17% superior oil burn-off protection against the leading conventional oils. ...out of my sorely abused torso. (Builders tend to be really mucky pups!) Nivea claim that this shower oil is suitable for all skin types, and in particular anyone with dry skin, and that it contains “55% caring oil”. I don’t know exactly what “caring oil” actually consists of; in fact, I haven’t a damned clue what “caring oil” consists of. But Nivea assure me (on the bottle) that it’s an innovative new formula, so I suppose I have no choice but to settle for that (inadequate) explanation. So it was into my spanking new shower cubicle (luvverly!) to give it a try out. ~ ~ This “pampering shower oil” comes in a clear plastic, 200ml bottle, with a blue flip top. Seriously there is a lot on the Castrol website that you girls may want to read. It tells you in simple terms how engines work, with flash animations and simple descriptions. So the next time your Hubby or Boyfriend asks you if you like the "red one or the yellow one" you can tell him "Go for the red one, because it has the turbo, giving it a lot more torque low down in the rev range". It also tells you about changing oil, and other topics like tyre care etc. There is also a section on chosing a car, and simple checks. Advantages: Quiet, long lasting, good in the cold.

...One very good gear Oil i have found is this Castrol SMX-S which is a version of the the SMX, the oil is widely available, from all good motor accesory shops, and although it is an expensive option, the gearshift is improved and is reputed to extend the life of your gearbox. This is sometimes sold as a "Race Lubricant" although this is perhaps more to do with marketing rather than specific recommendation. I call it gearbox oil, but the latest "Buzzword" seems to be "Manual Transmission fluid" Spec - Synthetic gearbox oil, SAE 75W 80 API GL1 - GL4 Normally sold in one litre plastic bottles for topping up, although bigger drums are available, mainly for the trade. ...Castrol is one of the oldest established companies dealing in oils, and are a very well known brand, they have a nice modern website, which is very good. You will see there info on sponsorship with football, plus motor racing, and other interesting stuff like car buyer guides, checking of tyres, How to - type of guides. I'm not being sexist, just that some things here are of use to female drivers, male drivers too of course. It is available in small bottles, ideal for topping up. Some gearboxes, require the oil to be pumped in. ...I have used Castrol TTS for many years now, I first started using Castrol TTS on my tuned two stroke scooters, the oil has always offered first class protection and was recommended to me from friends who race highly tuned motorcycles where oil is a major concern. The first thing you will notice is the deep brown colour castrol use for the oil, then the smell after the oil has been used, it is like no other, instantly sending a whole generation of men into a adolesent like trance. Sending them back to the days of RD's and X7's. This oil retails for around £9.99 although I have seen it for as low as £5.99. Worth every penny! If you value your two stroke engine you will know the importanceof good oil, in my opinion, this is the best oil you can buy off the shelf.... Read review

...Castrol Honda Superbike 2000 is superb game. Race around 14 stunning tracks around the world including Honda’s test track in Japan. You get to ride the detailed Honda RC45, which has real bike physics with real damage. Included in the game are 6 difficulties ranging from beginner to pro. Also there is an option for two players where you race around 13 of the tracks with a split screen. You can customise tire compounds and gear ratios to get the best performance from your bike. A little annoying in the game is when you fall of the bike you have to guide the man back to his bike, which can be hard. A bit dissapointing is that you can only ride one bike.
