...He was an alcoholic, a drug user, a womaniser, and a congressman; but one day Charlie Wilson started a chain of events that bought acclaim, but ultimately caused America to have a terrible loss. I can't deny that during the first portion of Charlie Wilson's War I was a little baffled, I don't consider myself to be stupid but I found a lot of the political build up to the movies main story difficult to follow. And I guess like many people watching the movie that live outside America they might feel the same. This is due to the differences between our political systems, but once you have chance to absorb what's being said, and more importantly what's actually happening slowly things start to make a lot of sense indeed. ...Based on the book by Roald Dahl brings us all the delightful film, Charlie and the chocolate factory. Charlie and the chocolate factory story: The Bucket home isn't much, just like in the Roald Dahl book, it's a little tiny drafty home which stands alone from any other house. The Buckets are so poor that most night's in the Bucket home, dinner is a watered-down bowl of cabbage soup and they all sleep in one bed. From the tiny little drafty home Charlie can see the amazing chocolate factory, he ask's his Grandpa Joe about it, as he use to work their fifteen years ago. Grandpa Joe tells him that since Willy Wonka told all the workers to go home one day, he was closing the factory , no one has seen a single worker going in or coming out of the factory, or caught a glimpse of Willy Wonka himself but still great quantities... ...I love my perfumes and I love Charlie White it is one of my favourites. Launched by the design house of Revlon in 1994. Charlie White is a brand that is particularly suited for the day time. I imagine that this would be good to wear if you were going to work all day because it is refreshing. It is really light too. This refreshing blend has jasmine, watermelon and violet with additional notes of sandalwood. Charlie White is in my opinion very nice and feminine. It makes you feel that touch special without costing the earth, but unlike some of the cheap brands of perfume around it doesn't have a cheap smell. It's also very nicely presented in a finely shaped glass bottle. Curved with CHARLIE written in capital letters above the word WHITE. ...Slightly more worthy than her solitary hit "Just What i Always Wanted "suggests,provided its approached and enjoyed as pure pastiche and indulgent nostalgic enjoyment,even in 1982 Mari Wilson was portrayed as nostalgic ,her 15 minuteds of fame arriving at the tail end of a post punk mod revival,the whole concept relied on and evoked an age that never quite was,stylish lyrics ,glamorous outfits and a showband mentality that recalled the glory days of The Supremes ,Lulu and Sandie Shaw all put together on a shoestring budget inSouth London at the turn of the eighties initially as a very appealing live draw along the lines of Paul Youngs Q-Tips with a little less sweat.
