...I have ridden with bindings from Burton and Sims, as well as borrowing boards and bindings from a number of mates, but since 2001 I have owned a pair of Drake F60s (drakes top-of-the-range model) which they have not only provided me with a great connection to the board, but they have lasted through 2 boards and upwards of 300 days on the slopes. They are still going strong, and so when it came to kitting out my girlfriend there was only one place to start looking. Drakes "entry level" binding. The design of these is identical to my old F60's, not surprisingly as this geometry has been proven by a wide selection of pro's over the years and... it works! The materials I guess have been downgraded, with plastic substituted for metal in some areas, but I have no worries with that, as technology has improved to the extent that the plastics... ...Drake and josh is a kids program showing on nicklodeon on various schedules (channel 604) and its about two teenage boys who are completely different on the outside....... their mum and dad are married (drakes mum and josh's dad) and their little sister pulls loads of pranks on them, josh never has a girlfriend and always gets caught doing stuff but he has one good feature..... he is smarter than drake while drake has a girlfriend for everyday of the week and does a lot of stuff behind his parents back but drake is not the smartest cookie ever... trust me. ...Nearly a year after it's original release and Uncharted: Drakes Fortune remains one of the highlights of the Ps3 lineup. I originally played this on release but with it's recent addition to Sonys Trophy system i decided it was worth a revisit, and i wasn't disappointed. The graphics, although still impressive, have been superceded by titles such as Metal Gear Solid 4 but the fun and freshness of Uncharted remain. The main appeal of the game is the storyline which is a pure adventure driven by the main character Nathan Drake. Drake believes himself to be related to English explorer Sir Francis drake and embarks on a mission to find his ancestors treasure. ...This excellent comedy programme really is worth watching! Being featured on childrens channels, this comedy really realates to real life situations children or teenagers may have been in, with a funny side to it. The best part of this programme however, is that it always teaches the viewers a valuable lesson that they should realise, so they hopefully avoid doing so. The main characters Drake and Josh are complete opposites which really brings the comedy of the whole programme to life. Drake is a typical laid-back teenager who loves girls, girls and more girls. On the other hand, Josh is a 'geek' who always does his homework and hates getting into trouble. He however has no luck with girls. Like Tomb raider, but you play a bloke called "Nathaniel Drake" (aka Nate) who is meant to be a long distant ancestor of "Sir Francis Drake" who apparently had discovered the treasure of "El Dorado" but had kept it secret. The new drake is on the Hunt of the lost treasure. 720p graphics, single player, Dolby Digital or DTS soundtrack. It looks and sounds sweeeeet/ Plenty of shooting and island based fun. There are minor puzzles to solve and cliff's, ledgeds, platforms etc to scale. If you get stuck (after a while) the game gives you "Hints", whereby you hit "L2" and the camera points you in the right direction. Which is handy because sometimes its not always obvious. ...I was browsing in Music Zone when I saw this DVD available for £5.99. Never one to miss a bargain, I decided I'd give it a go. I'd read the back of the box and the story sounded interesting, so I went home and put it on. What followed was an emotional rollercoaster of 2 hours viewing. This film is absolutely fantastic and, in my opinion, one the best British films ever to be produced. The film is available from amazon.co.uk for £6.99 now. Vera Drake (played magnificently by Imelda Staunton) is a cleaner in England in the 1950s. She is a devoted Mother to her now grownup children who still live with her, and offers her time selflessly to help the needy.
