...I first saw these mentioned in one of those glossy womens magazines. "The shoe with the built in gym! Tone your legs while you walk!" Needless to say, I flicked the page over and thought nothing of it. Just an advertising gimmick for some very expensive flip flops. But the thought stayed in my mind. I had recently started a job where I was working on my feet a lot, and so started experiencing a lot of pain in the heels and balls of my feet. The idea of the fit flop sounded similar to MTBs, and so I went onto the fit flop site to have a look at what all the fuss was about. Having read the reviews, I was no more convinced that the Fit Flop would tone my legs while I walked, or help me lose weight, but from what people were saying, it would help with my foot pain. ...This is a brilliant magazine for older teens without being too "grown-up" and boring. There are often really good free products with it such as books and even flip-flops! The stories are both interesting and informative and are very relevant. 19 provides fictional short stories, advice pages, much fashion, reports on celebrities and stories on remarkable young people in todays society. The stories are very well-writtten so are enjoyable to read. The price is slightly high at £1.90 but all magazines are roughly this price anyway. I would recommend you read it at least once.... ...Actors from a cheesy, old space exploration show spend most of their time at conventions or signings or silly openings. Each character is a brilliant spoof of a character from the original Star Trek, and they even act like their counterparts in real life. They hire on with some strangers to recreate their old roles and find they are really in space and in a lot of trouble. Sigorney Weaver was a great choice as the bimbo who does very little-- if you've seen any of the Aliens movies you'll get a kick out of the complete flip-flop. Very entertaining.... Read review

I am old enough to remember Scholl exercise sandals and I bought a pair of those many years ago so it was probably inevitable that I would be swayed by the hype and invest in a pair of FitFlops. Disadvantages: Have to spend at least 1,000 points to get anything.

...Mypoints is the best rewards program. They offer the widest variety of products and services that you can redeem your points for. I usually flip flop back and forth between Mypoints and FreeRide (run by AT&T), but FreeRide doesn't offer as many products, plus they don't have as good of a referal program. We get most of our prizes for our contests on our site from either Mypoints or FreeRide. I have been a member of Mypoints for about 4 years now and so far I haven't had to purchase anything and have made thousands of points. The only bad side of the program is they make you spend a minimum of 1,000 points to recieve an order, but they say they plan on lowering that amount very soon. They also plan to lower the point cost of many of their products. Mypoints also offers free internet access that allows you to earn points each month... Read review

...is like live! If you are into, say, Natalie Imbriglia or Mel B, buy this album and be impressed by its quality. If you are into, say, Dido or P J Harvey, give this a listen and be pleasantly surprised! I predict this will sell well, as it is good summer listening and quite a chilled sound. ...O'Neill is one of the coolest surfwear retailers around, their designs are so varied, and the quality of products is superb. They have so much merchandise to chose from and shops can be found all over the place, particularly in seaside resorts. They have been going for absolutely years, and I think they are extremely inexpensive. I have just invested in a pair of O'Neill "flip-flops", ok, I know this doesn't sound cool, but they really are!! Very comfortable at just £16.00. They height of fashion this season! If you are really into surfwear though, I totally recommend "Children of the Sea" surfwear, which is situated in Barnstaple, North Devon. ...Albeit I speak Spanish, I´ll write on English. One word: FIDELITY. I´ve got brand new from 2001 and it´s slow but works excellent. Never papar jams, flips, flops or so. I lost the CD and found drivers on 32.186.415 sites on the Net. No power, online/offline buttons con confuse. And also, the program included tells me EVERYTHING that happens. I´m so used to it´s sound that i think´s music. Also, comparing the cost with Epson catridge, it lasts much longer (about $28 for six months). The only time it didn´t print was when the print head was dirty due to much BC05 use. Now I owe it and my syster hates it. ...I agree with Frommer's and others description of this property. My wife and I have been coming here for 10 years. Just now leaving after a week stay (with 31 yr old son) and will be returning later this august for another week. The negative posts at other review sites are off the mark given the change of property owners. If it was as bad as portrayed, I wouldn't stay here year after year sometimes in consecutive months. New owners are in process of upgrading physical aspects including the fresh water pool. If you want a resort, all inclusive and are a clean freak like "monk" on TV-dont go here. If you are a watersports enthusiast who likes a very clean, but rustic rooms, unpretentious people, locals and good food (food themes nightly) and lounge around in shorts and flip flops, come here.
