Fantastical Fujifilm FinePix
Review of Fujifilm FinePix F50FD by
tgjordan
Advantages: Quality of lens, multitude of features, ease-of-use
Disadvantages: Only 3x optical zoom, no lens attachments
...found fujifilm cameras to encase a superb lens, a multitude of high-tech features, yet combine this with an ease of use that is second to none. I would highly recommend this product!!!...

Fujifilm FinePix S6500fd
Review of Fujifilm FinePix S6500fd by
Scuzzy1965
Advantages: Face Detection, Large LCD, Easy to acheive professional quality
Disadvantages: Heavy
...Having replaced my Fuji S5500 with the Fujifilm FinePix S6500fd, I was a little taken aback at the controls and the size of the owners manual.
The quality of the photos are totally outstanding and it has 10mb of internal memory, nice touch. but no supplied XD card, I guess a trade off has to be made somewhere.
The large LCD screen makes taking pics easier and coupled with the automatic face detection it helps to ensure that the faces are by and large in focus.
There is a large range of presets and there is the manual mode where the user can, if they know what to do, can achieve professional quality images with ease. Some may not like using the manual zoom, some will love it. I am in love with te entire package.
The menus are well laid out and easily accessible.
Overall I am extremely happy with the camera and I am still learning...

Great Camera For a Great Price
Review of Fuji Finepix S3500 Zoom Digital Camera by
Jfoxon
Advantages: Looks Good, Takes nice pictures, SLR
Disadvantages: The View Finder is hard to see out off.
...The Fuji Finepix s3500. I bought this camera for my Photography college course and it is a great camera for the money. It takes great outdoor pictures it can have filters attached etc. Fuji are a very good make of digital camera at an affordable price. This camera has a 6 times optical Zoom. The Resolution Can be changed from 4.0 to 0.3mp. It takes an XD Card. The view finder is a bit hard to use but the Lcd Screen Makes up for that.
The camera is light weight and easy to grip. The shape is very nice and looks very smart. In the box you get The camera, 4 AA Batteries but it is better to get Rechargable ones to save money in the Future. A Bag, A Strap, an Adapter to attach Filters etc., A 16mb XD Memory Card but i would recommend Getting a bigger to store more pictures, A Usb Cable, Lens cap to keep the Lens Clean and Tv cables...

Lack of optical zoom
Review of Fujifilm FinePix 40i by
sailormn
Advantages: mp3 player, video images recording
Disadvantages: no optical zoom, poor lens focuse
...The fuji pinepix 40i is a pretty good camera except that it is not equipped with optical zoom and not using Lithium Ion batteries. Effective range is also limited, from 0.4 to 2.5m only. It has no manual white balance feature. And you need to buy smartmedia card with IDs to record and play MP3 songs. The lens is limited to 36mm on 35mm camera unlike lens with optical zoom which can go up to 114mm on 35mm camera. Overall, it is not as good as a fuji pinepix 4700 (except for the MP3 facility) but it costs less as well. You can get one with £445 with an 8mb smartmedia card. A good camera to buy if you are not that particular with zoom facility....

Not Great but Not Bad either.
Review of Fujifilm FinePix A350 by
Joker999
Advantages: Good Starter Cam
Disadvantages: Flimsy Build Quality
...In my opinion Fuji has been leader in bringing out the latest technology but this one does dissappoint. First of all the camera isn't that solid and easily scratches, there have even been instances where the camera has managed to scratch itself whilst being in the case! The quality however isn't that bad but isn't that good either it easily picks out a lot blur so there isn't much chance of a distorted picture, but an A4 printout did reveal a somewhat pixelated image and a slight colour differential. The camera is a handy size and it has all the effects you'd expect a digital camera to have, the menu system is also easy to access. The best part of the camera is probably the battery life I've had the camera for two weeks now and have taken it out about 5 times, 2 of those times the camera was constantly used in the same period so...

Affordable Pro Digital SLR
Review of Fujifilm FinePix S1 PRO by
Alexmouse
Advantages: Does everything
Disadvantages: No lens or memory card
...Definitely a camera for those with a bit more cash and looking for an SLR Nikon bodied camera.
You buy the camera with no lens but then Fuji assume you have Nikon Lenses to fit. It also comes with no memory card and you will probably need something large like an IBM Micro Drive It is a 6 Mega Pixel output which means huge prints and has every manual control of any good SLR.
Unlike the Nikon D1 it comes with all the cables and some seriously useful camera control software. All in all an affordable solution to those wishing to switch to digital from their existing SLR.
There are many different 'kits' available. Keep your eye on content and price and shop for the best buy....

Blondes best friend
Review of Fuji Finepix 401 by
pinkunicorn123
Advantages: Quality pictures
Disadvantages: Charging
...The fuji Finepix 401 is a light weight, video and picture digital camera with 3x optical zoom and high qualtiy photography, it is easy to use and one of those cameras which you do not need a manual to master, and in danger of 'cussing' my own kind, its one for the blondes or those with blonde days. For quick snaps or photos that belong in the Tate mordern The fuji Finepix encompases it all, im sure that this opinion is too biased but as this is my first digital camera it is well suited. The finepix 401 has 3 modes: viewing/gallery, video/recording, and picture/photo. Both videos and photos can be accesed through the gallery/viewing area. Recording time is 15 seconds although i would advise not taking many as this uses up vauable space on the camera's memory size. The cam-2-Pc transfer is quick and easy once the included software is used...

Fuji Finepix F810 review
Review of Fujifilm FinePix F810 Zoom by
paris1981
Advantages: Sturdy design, excellent picture quality
Disadvantages: Flash opens manually, no MPEG compression
...Previously owned an older Fuji F series model and now the F810 I have to say that Fuji has done a really good job in digital photography.
The F810 model is packed with features and its widescreen system gives even more possible resolutions. The picture quality is perfect in all modes except 12MP (just excellent) which is interpolated, although there is significant improvement (noise reduction) from previous models. I find the 0.3MP resolution to be very suitable for web pictures (~110kb size) and the 6MP fine mode for prints and other quality processing. RAW format is usefull although I have never actually used it.
Video quality is excellent as well although it doesn't allow the user to zoom while shooting but only before shooting starts. In addition, the files are stored in AVI uncompressed format which take quite a large space...

Love to 'Point-and-Shoot' with Fuji A310
Review of Fujifilm FinePix A310 by
ccindy_24
Advantages: Captures real colors, compact, stylish, high ISO, noise free
Disadvantages: no sound for movies, limited macro capability
...With 4th generation Super CCD technology digital camera—Fuji Finepix A310 Zoom! This really captured my attention in an ad as my existing digital camera is just using the 2nd generation Super CCD technology, to think that I’m very much impressed with it. So how much more with the 2 generations advanced one? I tried to take the chance to buy it as it is being sold in a good price as an upgrade.
As soon as I have my new Fuji Finepix A310 Zoom I really tested it to see if it’s worth selling my existing digital camera, so I won’t have any regret afterwards.
Fuji Finepix A310 Zoom is one of Fujifilm’s latest line-up of digital cameras using their 4th generation Super CCD HR technology. The first time I saw it I got very impressed by its pocket-sized and stylish design. It’s so handy that you can even put it in a small bag or just in your...

Fuji A345 for under £40?! - all explained.......
Review of Fujifilm FinePix A345 by
pb2007
Advantages: design, viewfinder, style, image quality, value
Disadvantages: small screen, fiddly zoom
...I bought my Fujifilm A345 digital camera, about a year ago. I bought mine refurshed, via the Fujifilm website, were, now they sell for under £40!! (Search for their site on google) I have enjoyed taking hundreds of photos with it. The photo quality, is great especially when on, "fine," mode. Unlike other digital cameras, where the picture can be, dull and flat; the Fuji, picks up , more natural, vibrant colours. Although you may think of it as, "old-tech," the A345, as well as a 1.7 inch screen, has a conventional viewfinder. This proves to be very useful; it saves on battery life, (if you switch the screen off too), and is much easier to use in bright light, or tight spots. Something to be wary of, though, is the fact that not all of the image that you take is displayed, either through the viewfinder, or the display. This can be awkward...
