...Globe Trekkers Hostel in Hokianga New Zealand is a family run business, it is a small friendly hostel in the most beautiful setting and only a short walk from the beach. Run by a mother and son from the UK they are both well travelled and in touch with the needs of a backpacker. Hokianga is a small harbour town We arrived in Hokianga by Magic Bus and where pleasantly surprised that the hostel owner came to personally greet us at the bus stop. She loaded our luggage into her car and took it to the hostel for us and then came back and got us. On route to the hostel she gave us a tour of the local area point out all the shops and restaurants to us, she then drove us to the start of the beach walk and pointed out where to go and what times to go because of the tide. Advantages: Excellent, Based for people on a budget

Advantages: Brilliant story

...The latest installment of the Star Trek movie series tries really to bridge the gap between trekker and your average person. It does so very well by incorporating a very good plot and storyline. It revovles around a planet who's inhabitants share the fortune of eternal youth and some evil guys wants it for themselves. Romance is also a key ingredient in this film for Cptn Pic, which makes it all the more exciting. The special effects have been really spiced up this time round and some very good moments of tension, action and the occassional battle. A very good movie and some excellent features that come with this DVD. A must buy for any trekker and more importantly - anyone!... Read review

...The only Globe Theatre in London is Shakespeare's Globe Theatre. There was a Globe Theatre on Shaftesbury Avenue, but it has recently been renamed the Gielgud Theatre to honour Sir John Gielgud, who directed and played in "The Importance of Being Earnest" here in 1939. The Theatre was built in 1906, and opened as the Hicks Theatre, changing its name to the Globe Theatre in 1909. The Gielgud Theatre is currently playing "The Graduate" starring Kathleen Turner. Advantages: Safe air travel with friendly service
Disadvantages: You pay for what you get

...I feel safer on British Airways as I know that their pilots are amongst the most skilful in the world. As a student hoping to fly their jets, I know exactly how hard it is to qualify as a BA captain. This should reassure those who are worried about airline safety. The service itself on BA is world-class. The have the largest fleet of 747-400 aircraft in the world and are heavily investing in the new 777 aircraft. The new flat beds in business class puts them as world leaders in business class air travel. The cabin crew are also amongst the best in the world - smiles and efficient, kind service very much the order of the day on the flights I have been on. So I would recommend BA to all travellers from the budget trekkers to the very rich. An excellent all-round service guaranteed... Read review

Advantages: Good borg sequences
Disadvantages: A little predictable at times

...In, what is said to be the best thing that has come out of the star trek camps, the ninth film tells the tale of the ruthless attempt by the borg to invade the federation. All the stars are here and even a new Stardhip - the Enterprise-E. This ship is a beaut and bosts the best technology of the federation and by God, they needed it against the borg. The special effects are out of this world and the biggest space battle takes place in orbit around earth. There's a little bit of time travel too. This film also serves as a history lesson for hardcore trekkers, as the person who invented warp drive is revealed. All-in-all the greatest film I've ever seen and I totally recommend it to anyone.... Read review

...First of all I'd like to say that I am not really a trekkie, but this is one of the two best Star Trek movies ever made (the other being "Wrath of Khan"). Everything about this film is superb.... acting, set design, special effects, plot, and action. The story progresses at a breathtaking pace, and from the first 10 minutes when the Enterprise is locked in a life-and-death struggle with one of the best villains in all of sci-fi history (the Borg), to a perfect ending; there isn't a wasted or redundant moment. This is a film that both trekkers and non-trekkers can enjoy because the film explains enough about the back-story to get non-fans up to speed, and does it in a way that will keep the fans interest (check out the excellent opening sequence that introduces Picard's first encounter with the Borg and explains much of his implacable... Advantages: Clears the air as it says on the box
Disadvantages: Only the sound, But you can't expect silence.

...We have been using the Fresh Air Globe now for just 2 days. Already there is a notable difference. My girlfriend is allergic to our cats, and uses an inhaler. Since we started the Globe running she has not needed to use her inhaler anywhere near as often. She also sleeps through the night without waking to need to use the inhaler. I am very happy with the product myself, As I have house cats, and as much as I do stay on top of keeping the cats clean, I always feel a smell lingers. Not the case any longer as the Globe seems to do the trick when it comes to clearing lingering smells. The 2 scents we received were Lavender and Eucalyptus. The eucalyptus was quite nice, and gave the room a sense of freshness.... Read review

Advantages: Best Trek Movie Ever
Disadvantages: You cant watch it again and again and be thrilled

...back time to the 21st century to stop "First Contact" with Earth and the Vulcans... if they suceed Earth will be an easy target and their will be no Federation to stop them. Anyways the Sphere attacks a missile complex where a Doctor Zepherane Cochrane is building his warp ship. The Enterprise destroys it but with it's shields down... they beam down and try to repair the warp ship and look for Zepherane Cochrane... Thinking the Borg are defeated and not realising that their Shields were down, the Borg beamed over and are assimilating the Enterprise crew and eventually take control of Deck 16. Picard returns with Data (Brent Spiner) to fight them in a gripping storyline which had trekkers on the edge of their seats with some unforget
