The weight is gradually going off from following the Atkins Diet, but I am nowhere near as fit as when I was working. I like walking, but not by myself. We live in the country and around us are so many lonely roads which make me nervious. I joined the local fitness club, but every time I turned up the treadmills were occupied by people who were determined to do the marathon, so I spent most of my time hanging around waiting. It was rather expensive too. I decided the only solution would be to get a treadmill of my own. I had two problems, it would have to be stored in the sitting room and it had to be quiet. ...I bought this treadmill from Tesco Direct about two years ago and it is still going strong. It sits beside my desk and folds upwards which is great for keeping it out of the way. It is then easily opened using a key on the side and the main belt drops down to the floor. It has different speeds and also preset programmes which challenge your fitness by speeding up and slowing down at different times. It is very sturdy and has an emergency cut out switch that you can attach to your clothes and a drinks holder. The only thing I miss is the incline which you have to adjust manually when treadmill is off but for the money it is a great treadmill.... Read review

Advantages: Some very powerful moments

...Although Event Horizon is a reasonably entertaining science fiction/ horror movie, its story and imagery are highly derivative of other films, and there is scant evidence of any originality or creativity in its construction. Starting as an uninspired imitation of Alien, Event Horizon suddenly turns into a tired retread of The Shining. Some of Clive Barker's highly idiosyncratic imagery from his classic Hellraiser is also used, to little effect. The Event Horizon itself is a gigantic spacecraft, designed by the scientist Dr. Weir (Sam Neill) to have the capacity to travel at the speed of light. The craft went missing, but 15 years after its launch, in the year 2040, it returns, sending a distorted subspace distress call. ...INTRO For my third Lemon Jelly review, I am reviewing their second album: "Lost Horizons". The first album (which wasn't an album per se) was a collection of 3 EP's and was entitled "Lemon Jelly KY". Their third album (newly released) is "'64 - '95". I have also written reviews for both of these albums so if you like what you read here, then it's worth taking a look. Lemon Jelly themselves are worth a look into. The two clever chaps who make up the talented duo are Nick Franglen and Fred Deakin and the music they produce is something of an art. Lemon Jelly music is hard to define because it incorporates so many styles. Distinctive flavours of "Dance" and "chill out" hit you but many tracks are a cross between the two, with a mellow but exciting appeal. ...I watched this movie first time in telly about 6-7 years ago and have to add that it was after midnight. There was something in this movie that I could not stop watching it. It is a science fiction horror movie and there was absolutely dark in my room. All I want to say by that, there are a number of moments when I jumped scared. Now I will briefly introduce to this story. Plot Event Horizon is a secret project star ship. It Has BEEN equipped with experimental prototype of gravitons engine. Thanks that was able to create an artificial wormhole which bend time and space so travel from point to point lasted nothing (kind of inter-dimensional bridge). ...Lost Horizons is an amazing collection of EPs put together to create this superb album by the the genious group that is Lemon Jelly. It's their second album after KY and released way back 2002. It's a mix of instrumental sounds and samples designed to give you a relaxed and mellow easy listening experience. It has an organic feel, along with the album cover and delivers some outstanding and experimental music that will lift you into new horizons.
