...that were inflicted upon us in the nineties. Quasi-plugged would be more accurate, judging by the wires clearly visible on the cover photo. This is quite an interesting CD in that Wood is on guitar strumming along to the aforementioned R&B Faces classics, although it also includes a few of the later solo Rod efforts, which I'm surprised Wood was willing to play. You can only assume that drugs were involved. Stewart is notorious for performing tracks such as 'Hot Legs' in front of audiences he knows hate him for it, and regard it as his sell-out period. I kind of admire him for that, in an irritated way. The CD includes a bit of banter between Ron and Rod, but not enough. A lot is deleted by track separation. ...The Shimano hyperloops are an excellent range of specimen rods especially for those anglers who are trying to keep to a budget. In my opinion the quality of these rods is second to none for any rod priced bellow £50. The rods are 12foot long and have 7 rings to guide the line. They are also available in four test curves 2.25, 2.50, 2.75 and 3.0lb which make these rods extremely versatile. The rods are very sensitive to the movement of the fish allowing you to feel through the rod the change an shift the fish. This makes playing the fish a pure joy. Personally I own three of these rods. Two 2.75lb test curves for my main set of rods used for ledgering, and one for 2.5lb which is used for surface fishing. Combining these rods with a good quality reel and this is more than adequate set up for any level of fishing.... Read review

...I have 2 of these guitars now. One is dk blue w. 2 humbukers, the other is black w. 2 buckers and a single coil in the center. I have been playing guitar for 40 years and I own at least 15. My collection includes 2 HM strats, a US made stratocaster, a 72 Les Paul Custom, and a 63 SG Special. The Squire Stagemasters I own are neck through models. I can tell you without reservation these guitars deserved a better fate. They have the finest necks and frets I have ever played-period! These are now easy to find used and priced cheap. They are the perfect platform for the ultimate hot rod. The fit and finish rivals the best American made guitars. The standard pups lack character but if you want something inexpensive to customize, I highly recomend this guitar.... Read review

...Wow. I have never used such a light, well-balanced rod that costs less than £500. The rod I hav is a 10' reservoir type rod but really it handles like a longer rod as it has a strong through action and only the tip flexes a lot. This provides much better castability and playing big fish is less tiring on the arms. Another fantastic offer is the 25 year guarantee, which allows for (providing you are the original owner and still have the guarantee) ANY breakage or defect. For example, a friend of mine trapped his in his car door, they replaced the broken section for free! So, even though the rod is fairly expensive, you don't need a new one for 25 years!!... ...This is listed in Ciao cafe, but not sure who the original author is. Forgive me this review as I am writing it at 1am, (another indication of the strange life I lead) . No 1 on my list would have to be a ""FISHING ROD"" This would have an obvious use, I would not be able to survive on fruit and vegetables alone (assuming there would be some) , well….ok maybe I would but this would enable me to have a balanced diet !!! Fish is a good source of proteins which, in turn, is high in amino acids, so even if I got suburnt on the island, I would be healthy !! Also, apparently, during the spawning season, the calorific content in fish is greater, so I would maintain a healthy weight and high energy levels when they are frisky !! Fish are also a good source of vitamins A and D, and this is particularly abundant in ‘Sharks’ ....apparently... Read review

Advantages: Very good flex distribution for multi-piece rod

...A very reasonable all around freshwater fishing and light saltwater fishing. I own the 7'/8' interchangable rod for about 8 month now. Not my first choice of rod to fish with, but conviniences to carry around, this rod is always there as back up. The reason that I don't use it as primary rod is because I am finding its best fishing suitability. For its thin diameter as it coming to the tips, this rod to me is quite stiff but with a good level of bite detection sensitivity to it. The bend is very good and the joining does not seems to affect it at all. A vey good achievement for the Shimano research team. It almost feel like 1 piece rod. I have taken this rod for crappie coarse fishing, spinning, carp fishing and even casting for mackerel from shore. It serve me best on my spinning session where I hooked up bunch of double figure pike... Read review
