Laserjet 4050T
Review of HP LaserJet 4050 by
mattboxsey
Advantages: Fantastic Print Speed, Backward compatible consumables
Disadvantages: High priced consumables
...I took delivery of a Hewlett Packard LaserJet 4050T this week to replace a very hard worked LaserJet 4000TN which we have had 18 months and is now about ready to collapse.
The New Laserjet 4050T uses the same toner cartridges as the 4000, and accepts the old JetDirect 10/100 network card. (Enabling the unit to just have the card installed and it runs even using the old 4000 series driver.)
The unit also provides wireless printing access for mobile users; enhanced document management like private printing; easy internet printing for general office users, as well as solutions for barcode, MICR and virtually any paper handling and finishing needs. The HP JetSend enabled FIR receiver eliminates the search for cables and drivers. 1200dpi at full engine speed. 16ppm print speed. HP WebJet Admin for remote management help reduce power...

HP 7260
Review of HP PhotoSmart 7260 by
makro74
Advantages: Excellent quick printing, photos just add icing on the cake
Disadvantages: Paper jams for drafts
...This is a printer with class, and it produces photos to boot as well. It can literally print any photos from a vast array of media cards (note the no of slots) or direct from camera using pict-bridge. The quality of the photos is reasonable with normal colour and black catridge, but becomes professional when using a photo cartridge coupled with photo paper.
Generally you cannot fault its ability to reproduce office documents in sharp clarity and relatively quick speed (depending on settings). But beware of using draft prints as this for some reason causes the printer to jam or crumple through the process. Ink catridges suprisingly outlast any other inkjet I have owned. HP 56, 57, 58 are used in this machine....

HP All in One Printer
Review of HP PSC 2210 by
dawnj
Advantages: Everything is in one place
Disadvantages: big and bulky, cartridges expensive
...I wanted to upgrade my printer for one that could print photos. When I saw the 3 in 1 (minus fax) I thought great!!!!!!!!!!! I can even put the memory cards in from my camcorder and digi cam.
Because the product was out of stock, I decided to pay that little bit more for this product, save me running to mum every time I needed to fax someone.
Buying Hewlett Packard you think quality. For quality, you have to think pricely. At the time of me buying the product I thought it was money well spent until competitors brought their version out alot cheaper.
There are so many advantages of owning this product, like only one item, a few less wall sockets to find, the quality of the photos that are printed, the copy speed, the name Hewlett Packard itself.
But then there are the disadvantages, the cost of new cartridges, finding a large enough...

The perfect small business / office printer
Review of HP LaserJet 4050tn by
andrew_newton
Advantages: Quick, Quality, Cheap printing.
Disadvantages: Quite a large desk footprint.
...The company where I work as an IT Administrator had purchased HP Laserjet IIIP printers when the original network was installed some years ago and these printers are still going strong today. The need for a new printer was driven by the slow printing speed of the IIIP and the lack of media capacity.
The LaserJet 4050TN was chosen for three main reasons, It's speed, capacity and stand-alone network capability. The Printer is a fast laserjet, with three paper trays and a HP JetDirect network card. We run it on a TCP/IP network with 15 users and it performs briliantly.
Not only is this printer fast, it is also economical. Each cartridge lasts for thousands upon thousands of pages and the cost per sheet for the printing an average business does is well below 1p per sheet.
If you run a small office or business network and want a printer...

* Not a printer for a student *
Review of HP Deskjet 3650 by
galaxynicole
Advantages: Quality and speed
Disadvantages: Needs too many cartridges for frequent usage
...various media types like Envelopes, transparencies, labels, plain paper, iron-on transfers, photo paper, cards. The maximum size is 216 mm (Legal) x 356 mm (Legal). The feed from the tray is automatic and has a total capacity of 100 pages. There are some papers that don't work in the printer, which you can find in the manual so just watch out for those.
The printer has 8 built-in typefaces. 4 in portait and 4 in landscape. CG Times, Universe, Courier and Letter Gothic. Also in italic as well.
It has a maximum of 364 KB RAM to print off your documents, which think is nearly nothing. I think that's why it's so slow with transferring documents from PC to printer as it uses the PCs RAM (which is very limited on my PC) to do it and not it's own like other HP printers do.
With the HP drivers installed when you print something in Printing...

THE HP PRINTER
Review of HP Color LaserJet CP1515n by
apatra
Advantages: FAST IN PRINTING AND OF GOOD QUALITY.
Disadvantages: LARGE AND HEAVY.
...for professional use and also produces professional quality for wider range of colors.
EASE OF USE.
The hp printer is quite easy to use but before using, there is an instruction manual that is provided by the company and it really assists very well both in installation and in use. What I like most is the rate at which it prints while programmed in the computer. It does not waste time in doing so, once the computer gives the information, in less than three seconds; you get your beautiful print.
The HP laser jet cp1515n has very convenient for single click options for every day prints. The HP printer is capable of printing envelopes, card stocks and other paper qualities.
Well would have preferred a smaller printer that would have been carried around because this is quite a heavy printer and cannot be carried around easily. The HP comes...
