The votttle is a stylish, modern and minimalistic to suit the perfume, with a similar top as to the Hugo Boss for Men. The Box? ...This perfume is another cool product of Hugo. Definitely different scent from the men's Hugo boss which is sandal wood's scent. I like the refreshing, light and fruity fragrance of Hugo women. It is suitable for everyday's wear and you will not get bored by it at all. I would recommend it to young women who are sensitive to heavy scent and would like to feel light. However, the price is on the upper side with a small 100ml costing about £45 on high streets. And the simple round bottle design is not an eye-catcher.... Read review

Advantages: Wicked smelling
Disadvantages: Lot's of alcohol means lots of stinging!

...For many years I have used various aftershaves, from the more expensive ones to the crappy five minute wonder fragrances (do you remember Hi Karate!) None have come anywhere near the almost delicious fragrance of Hugo Boss for men. It is invigorating (possibly due to the alcohol sting) and long lasting. I was passed a compliment only yesterday, after an 8 hour shift in a hot office, that my aftershave smelled nice! It seems that Hugo Boss for men is a fragrance that is enjoyed by all age ranges. My 4 year old daughter likes it and even my mother in law (although i try not to let her get too near!) Have a try of this aftershave range and see what results you get!... Read review

Advantages: Strong, lasting, masculine scents

...I bought my first bottle of Hugo Boss in Debenhams a few years ago and I have never been disapointed. I have just finished a bottle of Hugo Boss Blue, I got it with points I collected. It comes in a blue bottle which is attractive and robust, the plastic nozzel for the spray is not as hard but does the job. THe scent is spicy but the main feature of it is the length it lasts. THis stuff goes all day. I used it in the morning and it gave my confidence a big boost. It is good to still smell fresh after 12 hours. I replaced it with the Boss red just for a change but it does not seem to last as long. THere are about 5 scents in the Boss range but they are all similar, some are just milder or stronger although they retain the same distinctive scent. THey also have matching eau de toilette scents which cost slightly less. Pay about £34... Read review

...Hugo Boss has been around for a long time now and I've had a bottle of it since I was at A-level College. This stuff always smells nice and is good for any occasion and all ages. It is quite a sweet smell but not really to comparable to anything in nature if you like your aftershaves "au natural". Hugo Boss still remains my favourite male smell from the Hugo range. It was the first aftershave I ever used really and I have met more people that use this than any other aftershave. Though this popularity suggests that it must be doing something right it does mean your not likely to get the "what's that gorgeous smell??" routine from the girls as they'll already know it.... The price tag for Hugo Boss is a definite plus which comes out cheaper than a lot of the decent competition and the packaging is also nice and straightforward... Read review

...Hugo Boss is a fashion house that has been selling designer men's clothing since the 1920s. They launched the Hugo fragrance back in 1995, and it continues to be a bestseller today. It's my favourite aftershave, which is handy, as it's also my husband's favourite - although it does tend to make Christmas and birthday presents slightly predictable! Obviously the most important thing about an aftershave is how it smells, but if it came in a very fancy, ornate bottle then I doubt my husband would want to have it sitting on the bathroom shelf. Fortunately, Hugo is self-consciously butch; the clear, slightly blue-tinted, glass bottle is shaped like a military water canteen, complete with a green bendy strap to retain the lid when it's removed. ...Hugo Boss for women is absolutely stunning. I first smelt it in a magazine advertisement, and I just had to buy a bottle. Every one of my male friends loves it and everytime I wear it they make a comment about it. This is a must have for all you lovely young ladys!!!! It comes in a round bottle, which has the lid attached to it on a small piece of string which you can leave it attached to or take it off. I love this stuff and I always wear it especially for work as it is a worky sort of smell. get your fella to but this for you NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! ...When a woman walks into a room, and heads turn because they can smell her perfume, she has made a big mistake, a bit like going topless to a bar; it would be well over-the-top! Hugo is the perfume equivalent of a soft and alluring cashmere top with a slight hint of what is underneath. It is modest enough to cover the subject with a scented aura of mystery, but revealing enough to be interesting. Perfume is all about subtlety, and is there to compliment a woman, not to over-power everything about her! Forget strong pong, and try Hugo for Women. Advantages: Just the right 'masculine' fragrance

...Just occasionaly one of the fragrance houses actually releases a fragrance that us men can use without fear of contradiction. Hugo Boss is just one such fragrance! From a personal point of view, being a man...I dont want to go down the road smelling of 'roses'... so when I was fortunate enough to have been bought a bottle of this body lotion I was 'chuffed' to say the least. If your gonna wear aftershave...deodorant of body lotion/spray's, then this part of the range from Hugo Boss is probably for you. It has an excellent fragrance...that shouts MASCULINE and it is for this reason that I think that this fragrance will be popular with girlfriends and wives.(Not that I would promote having both at the same time...you understand) I would also reccomend the lasting effects of this fragrance.... not just a five minute wonder... like some...
