I know it's not much storage compared to DVD-RW's but these still come in use as I still use them sometimes myself. As sometimes you don't need 4.7GB that a DVD can hold. ...I wanted a pack of cdr's that would burn easily enough without having to dump a load of them in the process. I actually stumbled on these quite by accident, after my usual TDK brand was out of stock. I thought I would give them a try, and I am glad I did, because they burn at a reasonable speed, and have caused me no problems with either the recording of, or the retrieval of data so far, and I have used a few 50 packs now. In fact I can't recall having to throw any away that wasn't my own mistake. Imation are very realistic price at around £15 for a spindle pack of 50, or 100 for £30. As there is no saving on the 100 pack, I generally buy 50 at a time. The pack they come in, is excellent for their storage too, with a spindle to keep them on and a nice twist, clear lid that keeps the discs dust and grime free until you need them... Read review

...Hiya sorry about the boredom about these floppy disks first the imation 3 1/2" floppu disks and now its those pesky 3M's. Right i am sorry to say that my other batch of imation floppy disks have run out. So i phoned my supplier and i was informed by the lovely lady called charlie that they had run out. So she did suggest i try the new 3M pack of 10 floppies. Right onto the product in hand: These are the worst floppy disks i have ever purchased, the colour black is the worst ever but i must agree that floppies are the same as any other floppies. These floppy disks are not pre-formatted so you would need to format them yourself which is really time consuming, especially if you have a really important report due in the next day for the bank as i did. These floppies are not as good as the Imation series as all of these disks are completely... Read review

...This will be short as there's not a great deal to be said about blank CDs is there? I bought a pack of 50 imation CD-R discs from Argos for £13.99. I normally buy a branded disc but these were out of stock so I thought I would give these cheapie ones a go. A pack of 50 Phillips CD-Rs cost £19.99 and a pack of 25 Phillips CD-Rs is £12.99 from Argos so this is a big saving! So whats the difference? None as I can see! All come in a spindle pack, All hold upto 700MB/80 mins of data All are 48x All can be used to copy music, data, photos or video All are basically just blank discs! I can tell no difference at all in the quality of the music or photos I have so far put onto these discs compared to the usual far more expensive ones I normally buy! The only difference as far as I can tell is that there is no brand name splashed all over... Read review

...First of all there isn’t much that is possible to write about CD-R discs so this is quite a short Opinion. This item is available from any good computer store, or can easily be found online, I bought them from a shop around mine called abbey road computers, It cost me £18.99, which is exceptionally cheap. Normally these retail for about 25p a CD. (£24.99) Imation are known for there quality media discs, whether it be CD’s or DVD’s. With these discs you can only write it once, you can store and share any combination of digital images, data, music and more. You can if you want use these discs to back-up your computer. They obviously aren’t as efficient as DVD discs because they are only 700mb, were if you purchased a DVD it would have 4.7 GB. I have used about 70 of the 100 that I bought and so far I haven’t had a single bad burn... Read review

...How many times have you walked down the aisles of products in your computing/electronic shop, and you are a bit baffled as to which are the best writable DVDs to buy? They come in difference pack sizes - 10, 20, 50, with jewel cases, without jewel cases, plain both sides, with a label on the top side, different prices, can I stop there!? It seems I have found some which have been reliable, easy to label (so important for when you want to track down that disc you recorded last week - if only you could correctly pick it out of all the 5 you recorded, which are ALL unlabelled, and sitting under a heap of newspapers!), easily available, and affordable! ...I've never bought Avon toiletries, to be honest I would now how to but one of my relatives obviously does as the last two gifts I've received from them have been Avon products. I'm impressed by the Sensing range - the matt black packaging is classy and looks good on the bathroom shelf, and the scent is quite individual unlike some own brand products that smell like second rate imatations of top labels. The aftershave is a clean and crisp fragrance and coloured a cool blue, the range also includes deodorant (spray and roll-on) and shower gel. The staying power of the aftershave is not great but I guess that is reflected in the price, but as an everyday scent I like this.... Read review

...We all love to go on our computer and most of us like to have a lot of stuff on the PC so one of your solutions is to back everything up on CD-R to back up things or make an audio CD you need to have a thing called a CD writer or a DVD writer which now are very cheap you can get one for 20 - 30 pound. But once you have biught the CD'S then you need CD's to write to the CD's are called removable media because you can revove the media. I am writing a review on imation CD-R's. CD's are very cheap by them selves and if you get them in a bundle they are no different. I bought these CD'S a pack of 50 for 15pound this works out at about 30p a CD which isnt bad.
