...To be fair, i'd read the poor reviews of Trade Appliances prior to finally committing to placing my order. I was rather worried but after sitting back and thinking about it, i remembered that logically speaking, people rarely leave good reviews - on the whole. Look up reviews for any high street retailer - most of them are crap - at least 50% and if those figures were really a fair indication of what to expect - they'd all be bust. We ordered 6 appliances of Trade Kitchens - paid online - no problems. Got an email asking for a utility bill for our name and address - not a problem - we were expecting it as their website says to if like us, you want delivery to an address different to your billing address. Advantages: Quick way of expanding hard drive space or retrieving data from a damaged laptop.
Disadvantages: Can over heat if left on for serveral hours at a time.

...The Akasa Integral external storage enclosure, is a great device for individuals who wish to perhaps expand there laptop with more hard disc drive space, or perhaps for those who wish to retrieve the data from a damaged laptop, that still has a working hard drive. This company wasn't the cheapest on price, partly because they don't do free delivery like some other companies (delivery cost £19.99), but they had the best reviews from other customers - much better than the companies selling it for cheaper. As you can tell from the company name, they sell kitchen appliances including dishwashers, cookers, hobs, fridges, freezers, coffee machines, washing machines and tumble dryers. We ordered a Neff Hob from them late in the evening on 8 November. The website confirmed delivery would normally be in 7 days. The confirmation email stated that someone would contact me within 48 hours to confirm the order and to arrange a suitable delivery date. ...Appliance Direct promise cheap prices and a great delivery team who deliver your item straight to your door within a four hour time window and then unpack it and place it in your home. Sounds great. Some chance! My experience with them was pure hell. They promised to deliver my washing machine on a Friday between 10am and 2pm and connect it for an extra £19.99 and when by almost 3pm they hadn't delivered I contacted them only to be given the runaround. Numerous excuses were given and I was told they'd phone me back three times and each time I had to contact them. I was promised that it would be sorted on Monday, but again I had to do the chasing. Customer Service have a problem calling people back. It turned out they had handed my washing machine (Cost £314) to one cowboy courier who had handed it on to another... Read review

...After having a dodgy Indesit washer dryer for a few years that nobody liked (it was so noisy it sounded like a plane taking off and the clothes were never properly spun or dried). So, when it stopped working again, it was not a surprise. However, when the guy from Scottish gas was working on it, there was what sounded like an explosion. I must admit though I did not do enough research on this product. This was mainly due to the need for a washing machine and also my friend has a SMEG washing machine. This appliance does everything you need for a washing machine. You can vary the spin speed from 1600 down to 600 depending on the type of fabric so is quite flexible. At this point i was regreating the purchase as it sounded to be a bad integrated dishwasher well most reviews i read about the ones i liked were bad. comments were complaining it was small inside and wine glasses did not fit in and that if you had large dinner plates the top washer arm got caught so it did not clean the top basket. I felt sick inside reading review after review thinking what have i done should have replaced my Zanussi DA6141 with the Zanussi ZDW 321 which was £269.99 at currys. Well if youve seen the bad reviews read on as you may well be pleasently surprised Our Zanussi dishwasher stopped working after 3 years, it stopped taking in water , the appliance of science was dead, My dad looked at it and it could have been the control board which failed, fixing... ...I chose this dishwasher as part of my new fitted kitchen as it was semi integrated (with just the fascia with the knobs on showing) and matched the other Philips appliances that I was having installed. It only has two settings, but this is all I need. My previous one had about 13 settings and I never used them all! It is very quiet and unless it is stacked too full is fairly efficient. I don't like the top drawer layout though. Bowls don't stand up properly, wine glasses take up far too much space if you use their plan and hit the rubber seal if you don't. No plates and saucers seem to be properly stacked and often lean together so that all the marks don't come off. It's a question of trial and error fitting everything in and I wouldn't choose this model again.... Read review
