...In 1944, artist Don Eckelberry made a sketch of an ivory-billed woodpecker, drawn as a bird in flight, taken from a real-life sighting in Singer Tract, an area of swampy forests in Louisiana. This was the last universally accepted sighting of an ivory-billed woodpecker in the United States - the Singer Tract was already undergoing rapid deforestation due to the logging industry, and the habitats that supported this rare and dramatic bird were increasingly shrinking. It was believed that the ivory-billed woodpecker had gone extinct. While there were a few sightings in the following decades, in fact none could be confirmed. Advantages: Method Man and Redman in an excellent & funny comedy!
Disadvantages: Based on drugs in some way...

Advantages: Some excellent piano version of standards. Great songs
Disadvantages: Hardly any are heard in the film.

...This is more Harry Connicks breakthrough album than the soundtrack to When Harry Met Sally. Mainly because there's only about two or three numbers actually used in the film, the rest are Connicks clever piano based interpretations of old standards such as 'It Had to Be You' - of which he does two versions, one a rousing big band number and the second (used in the film) an excellent trio up tempo version. Other highlights include a superb piano only be-bop version of 'Winter Wonderland', an almost Thelonius slant on 'Stompin' at the Savoy' and excellent vocal versions of 'Our Love is Here to Stay' and 'Don't Get Around Much Anymore' He ain't Sinatra but hey ole' blue eyes couldn't play those ivories like this guy!... ...I think Rimmel is one of the best and most reasonably priced nail varnish brands.They have a huge selection of colours, and they all go on really well, nice and evenly and dry quite quickly. These are a selection of my favourite Rimmel polishes - Rimmel French manicure in French ivory, a lovely soft pinky ivory colour for when you want a natural looking French manicure. First coat looks a little streaky but it's fine after two and it's chip resistant. Rimmel 60 seconds nail polish in Zeitgeist - a lovely iridescent colour that looks gold in some lights and burgundy in other. Covers perfectly in one coat and it supposedly dries in 60 seconds, but it's not perfectly dry , so give it a bit longer. 60 Seconds extreme Va va voom, a lovely bright orange that will look really good against a tan. ...I loved this single ever since I saw the video for it on MTV Base, I think it was the video that attracted me in the first place. It seemed extremely futuristic and funky, really the video reflects the song perfectly. I think it's music like this that is paving the way for the future and as soon as people realise what a fantastic group Blaque Ivory are, especially throughout England, people are gonna be queuing out of the store to buy their CD. This single is great. It incorporates beautiful singing with funky fresh beats and a cool rap by Blaque's resident rapper Natina Reed. TLC's Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopes who co-founded this group actually appears in the video for this single and takes on a few bars to rap herself, so watch out for her! Advantages: As beautiful as any Merchant/Ivory production
Disadvantages: Lesser known because of its subject matter

...I have long been a fan of Merchant/Ivory productions, perhaps the best known being 'A Room with a View' and 'Howards End'. However, there is a Merchant/Ivory production made in the same time and with the same production and acting qualities that often gets overlooked, and in so being, it is in keeping with its source. The production team of Merchant/Ivory have worked through the writings of E.M. Forster's novels with flair, style, and grand film-making, very much in keeping with the grand style of Forster's writing. However, the novel 'Maurice' was not published in Forster's lifetime. He believed, even to his death in 1970, that is was a novel ahead of its time. Yet Forster completed it in 1914. Alas, it was due to the English (and more general) tendency to discount gay characters as being appropriate subjects for literature... Read review

Advantages: Great cast, writing, score...
Disadvantages: unfulfilling ending

...I only watched this film because I bought Sense and Sensibility and it had been stuck on the end of the tape, but I was pleasantly surprised. It stars Emma Thompson and Anthony Hopkins as young housekeeper Miss Kenton and respectable butler Stevens respectively, with supporting roles from James Fox and Christopher Reeve. Based on the novel by Kazuo Ishiguro, it charts the growing affection between the two. When Miss Kenton leaves the household, Stevens is free to finally acknowledge his feelings for her but as she’s gone of to get married, it’s probably too late. Remains of the Day received 8 Academy Award nominations and an Oscar nomination for Thompson, and James Ivory’s directing left little to be desired. Not to everyone’s taste, and the ending was a little disappointing, but a great film none-the-less.... Read review

...The complete package, great body, superb wrestler and teamed with the hardys. I absolutely love lita because every time she comes out she wears a thong and is absolutely tremondous. She is also the best wrestler in the womens division, you would be hard pushed to find a nicer and better wrestler from any of the wrestling factions. She can only get higher she even main evented a few times with the rock and hhh and trish. I think that lita and trish both have the perfect feud and the perfect chemistry to take it to the top carrying the womens division.
